Could be any number of reasons, tax, need money elsewhere, fed up waiting. Too many reasons to try to second guess.

Ciz runs a very tight ship. How many of us knew about the Biotechne partnership until after the evaluation was ended? We didnt even know it had started or thay there was even a tie up being considered.

In my view, if you have done your research, its a hold until the next RNS(s), then evaluate from there.

IMO this share is going to skyrocket. Can't say when but I'm in no hurry to go anywhere.

Profit taking to use up tax free gain, or possibly punting on no RNS until after 5th April, and planning to reinvest via an ISA or just in the new tax year.

I've considered it myself and decided it wasn't worth it.

What I mean Techtonic (and I'm sure you understand this) is that a daily candle can be made to look different by the actions of the MMs.

Once might expect a green candle today given the buying action, but as things stand we'd get a red one.

Incidently, that weak uptrend is STILL intact, multiple weeks after we discussed how the next few days were critical!

Including a chunky £12.8k at 2.24.

And price is marked as down 🤷‍♂️

This is why charts on small caps can be misleading or useless.

Well oapk20, if ciz hasnt sold any of its 395k CDT shares, then the value of them just increased by $335k today. Closed at $3.68.

Positive day on several fronts today

They'll walk it down for as long as some folk are happy to sell, until they stimulate buying interest. They only make money on a trade so just keep dipping lower.

Small caps waiting on news are never left to sit at a price. Always stepped down until buying pressure.

I don't think MMs have that many shares. Sp responds to sells and buys, often on fluff volumes though.

The crowd won't appear until an RNS on the test being comercialised. That's why I'm still buying now while its quiet. That 60k topup at under 2.094 was mine. I may have managed to hit the bottom for once 👍 (unusual for me) but you can never tell in this market.

Bidnolid will complain its not in an RNS reach.

The directors options in leu of salary were issued at

2.193p so above current share price.

There would seem no benefit in excersing these at this time.

I had forgotten this was a two year freeze. Not clear to me whether tge issue date was 3rrd March (salary freeze date) or 7th March (RNS date).

"The directors have therefore agreed to waive any increase in basic salary for a period of two years from 3 March 2023. In compensation, and subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, the Company has conditionally granted share options over new ordinary shares in the Company (the "Options") to the directors, with an exercise price equivalent to the volume weighted average price of the Company's ordinary shares for the month of February 2023 at 2.19376p per share. 50% of the Options will vest and become exercisable after the 12-month anniversary of grant; the remaining 50% shall vest and become exercisable on the 24-month anniversary of grant."

I was struggling to understand why FF has got you spooked and running around calling the company with a cryptic post about holdings.

Especially since his original post hinted at good news:

"I will at the time refer back to this Post to see if my Positive belief held up"

Probably posted that when he was trying to sell at high price, and now hes trying to buy back at low price.

Current volumes are low (just look at weekly volumes going back to 2022) so MMs are moving price on thin air. Unfortunataly, in small cap quiet shares like this, some posters inevitably appear, trying to influence the price with negative or cryptic 'i know something you dont' posts.

Second, we're in March, end of tax year. There will undoubtably be people taking profit to use up allowances. Much of it may come back in during April.

Basically, we're all just waiting on next RNS . Ciz run a tight ship, no leaky news in the past to my knowledge.

And as others have said, no updates to major shareholders because there have been no TR1s.

I very much doubt that ciz will wait on the patent.

For example, consider they waited 6 months and it were rejected. Theyd have to proceed then anyway without a patent but with 6 months wasted time.

IMO, the LDT will launch as soon as Corepath has vaiidated the accuracy and is ready to go.

I'm sure each case will be different, but timeline here is "up to 12 months".

Given our Lab (corepath) is already accredited, and we started planning back in September (probably before that), I'd say Allan means "near term" 😀 in the sense you have interpreted it.

I also have no concerns. In the medium term, this looks like a winner, so short term I will tend to ignore.
