Can DW drop news between markets being open as long as he has news lodged for release at next availability, could he release an RNS after official market close here on Friday, plenty of companies do - mainly earnings releases but still price sensitive.
I am not saying he will but I have looked at this on a number of occasions and never squared the circle.

The Feb Globe was intended as a follow up to the OG presentation DW had done the day before.
I think this presentation is the MAIN event this time and so there is logic in a better venue to encourage a more professional event, will we have guests? what will Dave tell us ( or be able to), I am intrigued enough to travel from Scotland paying flights and hotels to find out.
Plus I get a chance to meet some very fine people and share a beer or two, but don't tell the wife :-)

Certain you realise that if negotiations are happening (unlike BREXIT) they will be confidential, operationally most activities are not able to happen until Q1 19 in any case, excepting gravel pad (which is unlikely).
Its hard but this is oil exploration in Alaska, we have to knuckle down.
We do not know what the content of DW's presentation will be, I am not aware of any other London presentations as happened in February and DW has purposely made it more business like than the last presentation at the Globe, yes refreshments will be available but that is par for the course, posters should be focused on the potential content of the presentation,
I am hopeful Big Dave has something good to tell us otherwise can not see point of the meeting.

DaveWIn yes it does seem quiet.
IF we get that farm out to enable the drills on the Western Fairway next winter then there will be an awful lot of operational activity Q1/19 and the disappointment of HRZ may be reduced, DW has mentioned the possibility of a farm out in any case for the unconventional in 2019.
Due not mistake quiet for inactivity, we do not know what we do not know. :-)

market now closed but RNS news release still happening, mainly earning / financial statements, similar ASX ANN service pre market opening, I am not saying that it is likely but has news ever been released between close of one and opening of the other? I do not know.

just looked at 2016 annual report to shareholders and at that point we had 70M options at 1.6c to expire 31/08/2018 so it would appear some had been converted already (during 2016 based on Ann Report) , may be BOD or staff incentives, need some real forensics to get to the bottom but 13M or 0.25% of all shares ??
