Sirius if we are in the midst of commercially sensitive negotiations then there is possibly little the board can tells us, in the early part of the year we had operations news (Icewine & 3D), options and lease purchases, since July we have had Horseshoe but any release is now tri party so DW can not go it alone.
If there is news that is price sensitive DW has to release per ASX rules, however if negotiations are incomplete or commercially confidential (see ASX rule3:1A).
Not sure what benefits the board accrue they have to be open in case of any share dealing and for much of the time their options to purchase are closed in any case.
My view is that news that can be released is in short supply, farm out negotiations, permit applications etc. are happening,
Finally think there are many AIM companies that go quieter for much longer periods than 88E, it is now only four weeks since the last operational update (Horseshoe) and DW has managed a Q & A also.

DW has never said there is no risk, majority of the Long termers here have never said there is no risk, but one thing is true and that there is huge potential if things come good, but never any guarantees

Jaffas nonsense there is always a time to sell, sometimes it is when you have made a profit, sometimes it is when you have lost faith in a company or it's venture, selling even at a loss releases funds that you can then invest elsewhere if you choose to and then hopefully have more luck.

it took OSH 7-8M to complete negotiations with Armstrong, no one knew anything, so I reserve judgement on who may be involved, when we may see any results and whether it will be positive or negative.

DW seems confident, he has spread his risks across four projects and my investments are spread across quite a few separate projects so I remain relatively relaxed, if it all went wrong then of course it will be painful but I think there is enough meat on the bone for this to come good.

there are numerous get outs in section 3.1A, may be that DW does not need to declare if negotiations incomplete, can work either way, but I am making no assumptions.
