I am not over worried as to when they spud, we are on gravel with few time pressures other than doing the job in an efficient manner that means we achieve the best possible results with no undue expenditure.

The market has probably already taken account of Megrez-1 spud, what we need to see are some good and unequivocal operations reports leading to flow test(s) that meet market expectations.

PANR do not have any exclusivity deal, what they do have potentially is "clean" gas that will be very necessary if AGDC go ahead with the stand alone pipeline to supply Alaskan needs only rather than the full project that will include a gas treatment plant.

If the latter I then the advantage of our "clean" gas will be much less but it will still be saleable.

No matter which option if the pipeline goes ahead there is no doubting the benefits to the USA, Alaska and PANR all I am doing is advising of the potential hurdles ahead.

Lets see if with renewed White House support AGDC can finally get the necessary investment.

The Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline Act of 2004 specifically excludes direct (Federal) financing and existing federal loan guarantee terms written in to the agreement are destination dependent, that is the project should be delivering to the Lower 48.

There is much work still to be done.

If as some appear to expect the Federal Government to finance or loan guarantee the pipeline there would have to be extensive rewriting of and then approval of an amended bill.

So I do not expect an any immediate results following President Trump's election even if for the next four years at least we can probably expect a better environment for gas & oil development .

Winx sited by Otto Energy - after the death of Paul an apparent opportunity to share costs of a drill on territory close to Horseshoe, unlucky with dispersed clays.

Charlie-1 Premier Oil sited and very bullish with their pre drill expectations.

As for Merlin-1 & 2 even if successfully flow tested the politics and cost of development would have meant a no go!

Overall not a happy tale but It's history now.

If you are talking about 2022 then oil was very very much higher than US$40 a barrel.

At least company has managed to issue its Q3 report in a timely manner:-)

Uncertainty over the situation with Bex rumbles on, I would have though that by now there could be clear indication as to where Bex intended to if Q4 settlement to happen.
