I was not inferring there would be a delay just making the point that objections/queries ( which are an unknown) could happen so expectations should be tempered according.

Based on previous drills here (and there) the initial approval will be Plan of Operations that will enable gravel road pad and camp construction etc, followed bte actual Permit to Drill closer to spud.

At the moment all trades being reported as Sells do expect mid price to be amended in near future.

That 5 day process for approval by AOGCC is dependent on application being correct and all other permissions having been granted, from memory ~20 or so in total (many of which will be pre drill) approved) + of course no objections/queries during the public consultation period either by the public or other divisions.

Our neighbours have experienced delays in respect of final permit to drill in the past (not including the Merlin well.

Hopefully all will be OK and activities will commence as per plan.

Have rerun the link you gave 4th August and if that is correct then Citadel retain short to value of 0.44%.

I am assuming that 0.5% is the reporting threshhold and that the graph only reports disclosed (above 0.5%) positions.

Could the change in % just be a result of new shares to market as we have seen with recent TR1.

It's just seems very odd to enter into farmout negotiations knowing that by the end of the year everything may have changed(w.i. & operatorship) if Bex are successful in raising sufficient funds.

Read the RNS again and does seem we have backed ourselves into a corner, wish I had a crystal ball to see how this could develop.

ASX is a matched market (no market makers) so in theory every seller is matched to a buyer, there is no middleman in between

Nothing tangable has changed regarding the natural gas pipeline as far as I can see, we still await confirmation that funding (will not be state or fed) has been agreed.

Last news related to the PANR gas sales precedent agreement and ACGD have released nothing since on their website.

I am invested here so recognise the value the pipeline represents to PANR but there is still a long way to go before the pipeline go ahead can happen.

Just look at the bid & ask and see how the mid price was affected, buy or sell is a simple algorithm based on mid price.

There is probably a question to ask as to why and when mid price changes but unsure if in this case its a manipulation.
