Q2 financial report should arrive this month ( based on previous years) then we should be in a better position to understand what "fully funded" will actually look like and how long company can keep lights on before next raise.

Just depends what we are actually fully funded for!

Certainly not for any major operations which the company has made absolutely clear.

As for SP plenty of other companies trading at sub 0.1p, whilst not excusing the performance here take a look at VRS for example, lauded here as a great company ~7 years ago by one of our regular trolls when @ ~140p, we are not alone in our problems.

Sorry, just looked at trades for today on London Stock Exchange site and can see no 12K trades?

According to above only ~23M shares traded at 15:43 hrs.

Volume lacklustre, tight spread near impossible to predict in short term.

Anyone who believes the "buys" & Sells" data on LSE must be bonkers, looks like both categories of trade are falling on the negative side of mid price apart from a couple of small trades at full ask (no commission site?).

Without money nothing good will ever happen, true for both our neighbours and ourselves and indeed for all companies.

I can well understand the desire of the company to avoid dilution but they do seem to be putting themselves into a straightjacket.

Finance options for small O & G companies are limited and reading between the lines and on the basis that nothing concrete(finance) has actually been completed over the last ~6m suggests that things are stalling.

Forget the natural gas deal that is still something that is uncertain as of today.

General concensus seems to be that a "consolidation" often does not ultimately benefit the majority of the shareholders.

The driving force seems to be more about increasing access to market that a bigger SP may give.

if we could follow up any consolidation (if it happens) with tangable news then perhaps something good will come of it but otherwise I am unsure.

Can not recall "oil clay" being cited at either of our last two farm in agreements (Charlie-1 & Merlin).

The reference to "oily clay" was I believe made in respect of the Winx drill back in 2019 when we partnered with Red Emperor & Otto Energy to drill on Western GBP blocks for an ultimate w.i. share, drill was ultimately unsuccessful due to presence of dispersed clays.

As per the deal Otto Energy placed the hole which Captivate (88E) then drilled.

wonder what information that PANR can introduce at a webinar, surely any transformational news will have to be given first by RNS. Seen similar at 88E when posters anticipated "new" news at presentations & Q & A sessions, never happened.

If you are going to make claims about director share deals then at least state the truth - see director deals tab above.

I do not disaagree with your general sentiment, I have many times here and in HC raised the issue of directors incentive scheme & salaries, we had the chance as shareholders to vote at the last AGM unfortunately not enough did.

Seems we get the directors we deserve.
