21:49 agree, suspect that DW & possibly Erik O have a bit more credibility than many on here seem to think, 2 Farm Outs in just over a year in the current climate suggest that someone (backed up by data) knows what they are doing.
Of course we do not know final terms or who the Farminee will be.
We may need a CR to keep the lights on, what happens without money - nothing much positive.
Think we will also have a few more shares to come to market being the XCD compulsory share purchases.

17:22 I read that permitting is to be completed and that likely bonds will be required, due to the likely cost of remedial work I can only imagine bonds may be heavy hence my comment about winter drilling on ice pads & roads, but we will see how things progress.

Another step taken and box ticked, but a lot of work & I guess discussion regarding permits to drill and in particular plans for gravel pads and roads, bonding requirements may mean ice pads and roads will make more financial sense but of course would mean no drilling outside winter season, will have to see.
