PS I know of one AIM share at least who had institutional investment at sub 1p - unsure if mitigating factor but it happened.

definite more shares are coming to market, as for SP news may mitigate but we will have to see, plenty will try to scare and some others will try to do the opposite - that's life on the boards :-)
look at the facts and past history perhaps and make your mind up, if the future looks good based on news so far perhaps today's SP is cheap anyway.

in the past someone here with "claimed" knowledge of broker systems claimed these could be cleaning up transactions rather than commission trades, so many nooks and crannies in the trading system that at times it's hard to look at trades at the detail level we get as PIs and make any realistic conclusions.

But still plenty of buyers on ASX at 9c seemingly, HC no longer detailed publishing market depth but still looks positive, timing of any news to keep interest may be important.
So far been surprised at continued volumes last week saw an av. daily ~221M shares traded across 3 main markets (AIM gross) which is way over the sort of figures we have seen for much of year.

19:53 I agree, if SP drops next week on no news I am not particularly worried, almost seems some are setting up "failure" if no news on FO next week.
We may be in the hands of the lawyers or awaiting confirmation of permits - no one here knows.
Yes it's great when we have positive runs and it would be nice to see SP maintained or improved if only to disappoint the traders who are waiting for a lower "buy in" :-)

If I remember hurdle price was 3c( we are an Australian Company) but SP over a 60day VWAP had to be 50% above that (4.5c) before any (partial) bonus earnt, subsequently we have seen performance rights lapse as vesting conditions not met.
Performance bonus was subject of shareholder approval vote at AGM.
