XCD commenced it's Farm Out campaign Feb 2020 with good initial interest, but we know what happened then, DW still seems confident of a result to enable drilling this winter, plenty of doubters pre the PMO deal and they were proved wrong, my view is that there is still plenty of time for an announcement.
Definite that permit application have been made via BLM reporting.

08:22 I agree the more data from all sources (particularly independent) the better, being able to make sense of that data and validating as necessary (if possible) is a key part of investment strategy for me.
Plus of course taking note (not always agreeing with what others say) and then using as a basis for my own research :-)

Have been following the GBP story since 2014, early days shale then conventional, liens, changes of management and ultimate take over by PANR, always amazed that GBP unable to get flow test on Alkaid financed to prove well and prove value after all they had modern 3D etc.
Like us GBP experience the tax credits issue but to a much greater extent.
Will be interesting to see if PANR get their FO and whether it results in drill this coming winter.

21:29 you may be correct, but that does not excuse the behaviour of some from all strata of society. We all have a responsibility.

The government is in an almost impossible position, got to protect the health of the nation and in particular the spread of covid-19 to vulnerable groups when large parts of the population appear relatively gung-ho and also try to keep the economy functioning so all the services people expect can be paid for and will be available when needed.
Conservative, Labour, Liberal, Neptunian whatever every one would struggle, mistakes have been made but ultimately it's for each of us to play our part to the best of our ability and to protect others.
