The TYM share price was x 15 of the current share price at over 2p in the last few years (& much higher in the past). We also have the Fluorspar market back in play in Sweden too. i.e. A re-rate looks to be on the way here for TYM once people start to realise what's developing for the company in both Zambia & Sweden....

Vlad Sandler's visit to Boston last week could have been more productive than we first thought.

* He was in the right place at the right time to discuss licencing deals with the big boys.

* Don't rule out a licencing deal coming at any time which would propel the HEMO share price way past 10p a share based on the kind of deals being struck in our sector this year. i.e. in Q1 of 2023 alone there were 149 licensing deals agreed in our space.

* The value of these licencing deals were mouth watering. $2.0 billion in upfront cash and $34.3 billion in agreed milestone payments.

* 25 of the licencing deals reported were in the $10 million to $100 million upfront cash bracket, higher than in recent quarters.

* Four of the licencing deals had over $100 million in upfront cash payments.

This is all very very encouraging for HEMO investors.

Some of the licencing deals included:

* Moderna signing a licencing deal with CytomX Therapeutics for $35 million upfront and a $5 million pre-paid research funding investment, with CytomX receiving up to $1.2 billion in milestones.

* Roche signed a $20 million upfront cash licencing with Kronos Bio with $554 million within 24 months if Kronos meets milestone objectives.

* Neurocrine Biosciences agreed a licencing deal to pay $175 million upfront to Voyager Therapeutics.

* Karuna Therapeutics paid £520 million in a licencing deal with Goldfinch Bio.

Excellent Earn-in and joint venture RNS today from TYM regarding signing a term sheet for a Third Party to earn into our Konkola West Project in Zambia.

As we know our Konkola West Project is located in one of the world's top copper deposits. If the JV partner is First Quantum Minerals, the multi billion operator that TYM has been working closely with in Zambia, then the share price is going to rocket when that is confirmed. In summary this is what we have been told today:

* The Third Party is a well-resourced mineral exploration and mining company

* It is envisaged that the Stage 1 drill holes will extend beyond 1km depth

* Sole funding a cumulative US$6 million on exploration

* The Term Sheet proposes that the Third Party will commit in Stage 1 to a specified drill programme to be completed within 14 months of signing the EIJV agreement whereupon it will earn an initial 51% interest in the licence (39% Tertiary and 10% Mwashia) with the option to earn 70% in Stage 2 (20% Tertiary and 10% Mwashia).

Quite right. Well worth a read. The takeover deals for innovative new drugs in our space are in many cases in the multi billions. e.g. recently Amgen acquired Horizon Therapeutics for $27.8 Billion, Pfizer acquired Global Blood Therapeutics for $5.4Billion, Pfizer also bought Biohaven Pharmaceutical for $11.6 Billion in Cash, Affinivax was bought by GSK for $2.10Billion, AstraZeneca acquired CinCor Pharma for $1.8 Billion,Thermo Fisher paid $1.85 Billion for PeproTech,

Pfizer bought Arena for £6.7 Billion, AZ acquired KYM Bio for $1 billion, AZ paid $2 Billion to partner Quell Therapeutics,

Lilly paid $1.925 billion for Versanis, Astellas acquired Iveric Bio for $5.9billion, GSK paid £1.6Billion to buy Bellus....

Yes, that's right - we are talking billions here. It's very likely that a deal for AVCT is going to be at the top of this bracket...

Follow the money is always a good bit of advice. ..

Between 8.34am and 8.47am today there were 3 chunky buys of:

GBP 10,280k, GBP 9,944k and GBP 8,146k at 2.68p approx.

Confidence in HEMO is palpable here. Those 10p predictions earlier today might happen before Christmas at this rate....

Aim Still Higher, I'm with you re the hundreds of thousands to be made from GST. Your 5p a share prediction in due course is well thought through and I actually reckon 50P a share in the medium - long term is not unreasonable, as I've outlined on here before. FYI your posts on the whole have been most informative. Many will thank you. I've been investing for many years and just dip in and out of these chat forums. Some of the information posted here is fantastic. Others you take with a pinch of salt. Your thought process shines through. Keep the posts coming as it won't be too long before the UK / FCA will be embracing the NEO bank model. It has to when you bear in mind that NEO banking has a global market size of 72.47 Billion (2022) and is forecast to grow to 2168.31 Billion by 2030. I'd say, like you, that that is a pretty compelling investment strategy. It's why I'm invested in GST as in due course the share price is going to be many times higher than today. It will happen.....

Global licencing activity in our sector has been intense in 2023. i.e. A licencing deal for SRA737 could come at any time. The good news is that there were 149 licensing deals in our sector signed in Q1 of 2023, up from 136 in Q4. There's no reason to think SRA737 is not in the mix, especially as the feedback from Stephen Parker and Tim Mitchell at the AGM stated talks were happening.

It's interesting and reassuring to note that the Q1 2023 licencing deals were for $2.0 billion in upfront cash and $34.3 billion in anticipated milestone payments.

25 of the licencing deals reported were in the $10 million to $100 million upfront cash bracket, higher than in recent quarters. Four of the licencing deals had over $100 million in upfront cash payments. Nice.

15p a share hugely under values MTEC based on the FY numbers announced: Revenue up 37% to £40.2m, cash of £8.5m (as at 31st May), contracted backlog growth of 44%, EBITDA of £1.5m and sales bookings up nearly 40% at £69.9m.

A reminder, MTEC's share price was over 40p in February of this year and just 2 years ago it was 140p a share. A significant share price re-rate is on the cards here.....

It's going to be fascinating to watch the share price rise when investors finally realise what's going on here. i.e. Nuvec being comparable to Roche's Venetoclax and AZ's Gefitinib. In our sector that is big news and will be piquing the interest of R&D depts at big pharmaceutical companies (including AZ and Roche.)

Once the penny drops and due diligence kicks in about the market size for manufacturing viral vectors being currently worth $5.5 billion and expected to hit $12.8 billion by 2028 the N4P share price is going to start climbing. A collaborator news update maybe coming too.

It's a waiting game as N4P is at present anonymous on the investor radar. That is likely to change in due course....

Exactly. The current BARK Mcap is just over £10million and with Sky quoting City insiders saying CSS is up for sale for £50 million then that is going to create quite an RNS and share price rise with a deal anywhere near that figure. Those 25p- 40p a share days will be back here again in a flash....

A Multi Billion AVCT deal is coming. They are making it pretty clear in the RNS today.....

Spot on. Plus when you add in to the mix AVCT'S scientific advisory board chair, Dr Mike Owen, who sold his business Kymab in 2021 to Sanofi for an upfront payment of approximately $1.1 billion and up to $350 million in milestones, we have a very very experienced deal making team. For those that don't know, Dr Owen was previously also VP and global Head of Research at GSK....

Exactly right re 4p to 6p in the blink of an eye. Then 10p a share becomes a real possibility with an FDA positive update & or additional HNWI / II investor buy ins. Don't forget we went from under 2p to over 10p in a few days in 2020. We are much further forward now....

Barkby, for those that are unaware, is in the process of exiting its non-core investments. Sky quoted insiders saying CSS was up for sale for £50 million. The current BARK Mcap is just over £10million. i.e. If a deal of this magnitude occurs the share price is going to soar.

* Sky report: "City sources said Barkby Group is working with financial advisers on a strategic review, with CSS said to be valued in the region of £50m. Barkby is understood to have decided to sell the business to focus on building a portfolio of roadside real estate assets, including drive thru restaurants, convenience retail and EV charging infrastructure".

There's a reason BARK is up over 100% in the last month. 3 years ago this was over 40p a share and 2 years ago it was over 25p a share. If a multi million deal is announced for CSS those 25p- 40p a share days will be mirrored again here...
