Back in April N4P notified the stock market that Nuvec was comparable to Roche's Venetoclax and AZ's Gefitinib. That was quite a big moment for little old N4P and consequently an update on this juicy piece of news will hopefully be forthcoming in the next 2 weeks....14th Sept (see above) anyone??!!

This is becoming a non-brainer for the long term investor. GDR's CYP2C19 stroke test and GDR's MT-RNR1 hearing test are both the first of their kind in the world and global pharmaceutical companies won't want to miss out. It's all to play for here especially as our chairman has a track record of multi million deals for his previous companies. Will it be a licencing deal first for MT-RNR1 or CYP2C19 or a takeover.....

Yes, GDR’s Chairman, Ian Gilham, has a track record for selling his businesses for hundreds of millions. As CEO of Axis-Shield Dr Gilham sold that company for £250 million and as chair of Horizon Discovery he sold that business for £300m. I think he will do the same with GDR.

It is more than likely, reading the latest RNS, that GDR will be tapping into Devote to bring both our stroke and hearing tests to market. Devote, as many on here will know, has a budget of £100 Million up for grabs (of which apparently 1/3rd of this is for Manchester).

Yes, that is excellent PR for GDR in the Daily Mail. They just need to get the message out there about its future prospects, sales will follow and then this becomes attractive to a big pharma company to buy it or licence it.

Daily Mail highlights:

Genedrive soared 11.1 per cent, or 1.25p, to 12.5p after regulators approved the sale of a test that helps manage treatment in stroke patients – paving the way for its use by the NHS.

Under the test, a single cheek swab sample is taken and quickly identifies six genetic variants that can reduce the effectiveness of a drug given to those who suffer from ischaemic strokes.

The test can be done at the bedside or in a ward, with the results being delivered in around an hour.

TYM 32% up already. It's early days but with 3 positive RNS' in 24 hours a re-rate is surely on the cards for TYM once the investment community start to find out what's happening here. This was x 15 of the current share price at over 2p a share in the last few years (and much higher previously). The Fluorspar market size was valued at USD 2.2 Billion in 2022....

CEO buys more again. David Halley, a director of the Company, has purchased on the same date 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £0.001233 per Ordinary Share. Further details are set out in the Appendix. Following the purchase, David Halley is interested in 81,346,667 Ordinary Shares representing 2.39 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Things just got a lot more interesting here....

* As I posted yesterday this was over 2p a share (and much higher) pre the 2019 decision. As the company states today "the Storuman Project once underpinned a much higher market capitalisation for the Company"...

* There was / is an MOU agreement between TYM and Possehl Group regarding fluorspar, which stated that Possehl would "take at least 70% of commercial grade acid-spar produced at Storuman in Sweden".

* Possehl would provide funds to develop the deposits and for any acquisitions Tertiary may make to bulk them up.

If this MOU is still in place or it is updated this could be huge for TYM as the Fluorspar market size was valued at USD 2.2 Billion in 2022 and is projected to grow from USD 2.3 Billion in 2023 to USD 3.4 Billion by 2032.

* The Company's 100% owned Storuman Fluorspar Project is located in north central Sweden and is linked by the E12 highway to the port city of Mo-i-Rana in Norway and by road and rail to the port of Umeå on the Gulf of Bothnia.

* The Company has been working on the Storuman Project since 2008 and has completed extensive drilling, metallurgical testwork and resource estimation, as well as a positive economic scoping study. Further details are given on the Storuman Project page on the Company's website.

Yes, TYM was over 2p a share back in 2017. Tym is certainly not on the radar of most investors but it quietly went up 26% yesterday on those 2 RNS'.

Another fact is that Sanderson Capital has been upping its holding and now has 7.66% in TYM. They also know the potential here.

What many also missed back in August of this year was the following £3 billion UK Gov't Zambia investment RNS. i.e. it's all getting very interesting here ...

If TYM's Storuman Fluorspar project finally gets the go-ahead following the Swedish Government's decision announced yesterday and we hear of positive developments from Zambia then your 2019 price targets could very well be achieved and probably exceeded....

It's also worth noting that in addition to the very interesting Zambia news today there's also the RNS today from TYM confirming that Swedish Government is annulling the Mining Inspectorate's 2019 decision. This could be really big news for TYM and its Storuman Fluorspar Project.

KONKOLA WEST COPPER PROJECT, ZAMBIA

Tertiary Minerals plc wishes to highlight the statements made yesterday, 5 September 2023,

by the Hon. Paul Kabuswe, M.P., Minister of Mines and Minerals Development for Zambia and

Mr. Pushpender Singla, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Vedanta Zinc

International South Africa, regarding the amicable settlement of disputes between ZCCM-IH

Limited (“ZCCM”) and Vedanta Resources Limited (“Vedanta”) relating to Konkola Copper

Mines (“KCM”).

KCM was the operator of the suspended Konkola Copper Mine on mining leases that adjoin

the Company’s Konkola West Copper Project. The Konkola West Copper Project is projected

to host the down dip extensions of the ore mined at the Konkola and Lubambe Copper Mines.

The resolution of disputes will see Vedanta return as majority shareholder and the intention to

resume copper production at Konkola. As part of the dispute resolution Vedanta has committed

to invest $1 billion in KCM development and $250 million to all local creditors. A $20 million

annual payment has also been pledged towards corporate social responsibility by investment

into the local community.

Commenting today, Executive Chairman Patrick Cheetham said:

“I am delighted to hear of the upcoming resumption of mining operations at Konkola Copper

Mines where production stalled during the lengthy legal disputes. Vedanta’s commitment to

invest $1 billion dollars in the mining operation adjacent to our Konkola West Project and the

deep drilling at the nearby Mingomba deposit by KoBold Metals highlights that we really are

working in elephant country. It is an exciting time to be exploring for copper in Zambia.”

Good to see Vedanta's 1 Billion dollar committment adjacent to

TYM moves up quickly. Between 17th and 18th February 2020 the share price went from 0.19p to 0.86p. i.e. it gained over 300% in 2 days. This could be a big gainer if Sweden pans out as we all hope. Good luck, Brighty

Today's news is very interesting for TYM.

I'm not expecting PYC to go to 30p+ intraday (although that would be very nice!). But a rise over the next few sessions to 10p if we get more news is a distinct possibility. Next stop today is 3.5-4p if the momentum continues. If we achieve 4p shortly then 10p is inbound with news....

It's always prudent to be cautious but NEO banking has a current global market size of 72.47 Billion already and is forecast to grow to 2.1 trillion by 2030. i.e. A CAGR of 52.93% until 2030. For the long term investor (2-3 years) GST in a no brainer. ASH's 5p predictions in the next few months are pretty spot on. However, 5p a share is actually very modest when you factor in the 2.1 trillion global opportunity for GST. It's more likely to be 50p a share in the next couple of years rather than 5p a share if Jack Bai, Tone Goh and Shayne Tan can leverage a small percentage of the sector.....

Another 25% rise for GFIN already again today, to 15. By increasing his holding last week from 12% to 20.7% Robert Keith is clearly piquing the interest of quite a few people re a possible MBO, bid or just that he likes what he's been buying since 5p+. The fact that he's one of the investors behind Eidos / Lara Croft and sold his business, Fast Search & Transfer, to Microsoft for $1.2bn makes him & by association GFIN one to watch closely in the coming weeks....
