Yes, more encouraging news today from BARK with the company confirming:

* "CSS has agreed a five-year global license for its SleepEngine® platform with Mammoth Group"

* "CSS remains in advanced negotiations with several household names" regarding a "number of new multi-year enterprise licensing deals for its SleepEngine® technology".

* "Further announcements will be made as soon as practicable when these licences are signed".

This is perfect timing for BARK as it works with financial advisers on a strategic review to sell CSS, which SKY News reported last week was "valued in the region of £50m".

Hi Blastoid, good to see another LTH on here. Yes I sold half of my Sareum shares back in 2021 at x 20+ but I'm still invested in SAR for the long (long) term! Both Hemo and Sareum have huge potential. I topped up / bought back in to HEMO again last week. The FDA news looked very promising. I do like my pharma shares, as on the whole the gains - whilst taking a long time - have been excellent. PYC looks to be becoming compelling at last, as does ABDX. I've also been buying in to GST as the NEO bank model looks fascinating, plus BARK & POS have piqued my interest of late ....

Positive RNS today from DEMG, with no negatives:

* Manufacturing of the new TrueVue monitors has commenced

*Will be starting to fulfil orders before the end of the year

* The launch of the new next generation TrueVue monitor is anticipated to increase activity levels in the UK and EU ahead of other international regulatory approvals...

The hidden gem / tipping point for the next leg up in the POS share price is the new SLB deal, commencing on November 10th this year. It's for an additional six years effective from 10 November 2023 (see RNS' on this). It is worldwide and could be worth many millions to POS over the next 6 years....

Interesting to note HEMO today: A 240% premium has been paid to buy in to the business. The same could quite easily happen here. The HNWI buy ins at Sareum a couple of years ago boosted the share price significantly. As I mentioned last week Eli Lilly announced back in June that it planned to acquire a small bio, Sigilon, for $34.6 million. Sigilon’s stock jumped over 600%....

AB, in answer to your question what I would say is that PYC could achieve 20p a share in the next 12 - 18 months (at least) - which will still only be a Mcap of £27 Million. That's miniscule in this sector but would represent a x 10 multibag from the current share price. That’s why many are invested in PYC as the facts speak for themselves. i.e. PYC went from 1.3p to 4.2p in one day and then the next day it went to 10p and then as high as 32p intra-day before closing at 17.1p. That happened in 5 trading days back in 2017. OK there have been placings since then so the jump to 32p a share isn't (probably) going to happen in 5 days again. However, a few more contract gains and we will most likely be back at the 52 week high of 6.60p, or x 3 of our current share price. BUT as you can see that could just be the start of some meteoric rises for PYC on the back of Dr Peter Sargent joining PYC as Chief Operating Officer and the deals he could be bringing to the table. It’s also worth doing your research on the transactions happening in our sector, both big and small.e.g. On June 29, Eli Lilly announced it planned to acquire a small bio, Sigilon, for $34.6 million. Sigilon’s stock jumped over 600%. On June 26, Shionogi announced its plans to acquire a small company, Qpex Bio, for $100 million upfront, with potential for additional payments. These are not big deals in our sector but represent the kind of money being paid for innovative companies in our space. PYC falls in to this category. That's what is causing the excitement here and also what has happened to the share price in the past. i.e. 1.4p to 32p in 5 days....

A Psoriasis treatment is in the news today with SkinBio getting approval to launch its psoriasis treatment in France. This is positive for Sareum as it yet again highlights that there is a growing requirement for Psoriasis medication. The negative is that Sareum need to get a move on....

* SkinBioTherapeutics PLC on Friday said it has received approval from regulators to sell AxisBiotix-Ps, a food supplement designed to treat symptoms of psoriasis, to consumers in France.

* The Newcastle-based life science company, which is focused on skin health, said it expects to start marketing the product in France in October.

* SkinBio said psoriasis, which causes flaky and scale-like patches of skin to form, affects between 2% and 3% of the global population, with around two million sufferers in France. It said the AxisBiotix-Ps food supplement, which re-introduces the necessary gut bacteria to improve skin health, can be used over long periods unlike existing psoriasis treatments such as steroids.

* SkinBio previously gained regulatory approval in March to sell AxisBiotix-Ps in Spain, followed by Italy in June. The product is also available in the UK.

* On Friday SkinBio said it is in talks with other European regulators to expand the supplement's availability, but has not yet confirmed its next target country for launch.

Exactly and whilst the revised £5 million - £8 million contract caught the attention of quite a few people the hidden gem which investors haven't talked up is the SLB deal commencing on November 10th this year. It's for an additional six years effective from 10 November 2023 (see RNS dated 10.11.2020 and 16.12.2021).

The SLB deal is worldwide and could be worth many millions to POS over the next 6 years. Fantastic. See RNS' for background....

Once we get to your 170p a share we should then head to the 52 week high of 198p. Don't forget this was over 215p last January and the overall BARC business is in a much stronger position now than it was then. 18-24 months from now and we could be at £3.50p again....

Yes and in Sept 2022 the BARK share price was over 20p and in 2020 the SP went to 42p+. i.e. the scope for a very big re-rate is very possible here once the news we are expecting is announced...

Spot on. When you get an RNS advising that "These agreements are expected to deliver 'significant' additional revenues to the business over the coming years", it's a pretty good indicator that things are about to happen, especially as they appear so confident: "Further announcements will be made as soon as practicable when these licences are signed". Not saying "if "but "when" these licences are signed. That's encouraging.

The really interesting messaging was that CSS is in advanced negotiations with "several" household names on "a number of new multi-year enterprise licensing deals" for the SleepEngine tech. Watch this space....

Good news today re Webis getting further backing from its principal shareholder.

Other key messaging today in the RNS reinforces the M&A angle many on here have been highlighting for quite some time re the value of the licences in the USA (& California in particular) that Webis holds.

* Webis stands in an excellent position in the USA gambling market and particularly with our array of content and licensed presence in the USA, particularly California. These are key assets that are not readily available to new entrants into the market, and we look forward to continued discussion regarding any potential partnerships, mergers, opportunities, and acquisitions to continue to build our strength."

It's also worth pointing out in the current climate that other potential forms of funding are highly dilutive for shareholders so this, as they say, compares favourably with other funding possibilities. i.e. they have a HNWI shareholder with deep pockets backing the business. Perfect.

As I posted the other day Webis really does look as though it is lining itself up for a takeover having successfully renewed its entire portfolio of licenses in the USA. This makes Webis attractive for a takeover. M&A activity at 20p a share for WEB is realistic based on the value of our licences. Today, with the support of our main shareholder, we got that bit closer....

The reality for investors and prospective investors in BARK is that any day now this could multibag again:

* We know that CSS is in "advanced negotiations with several household names" on a number of new multi-year enterprise licensing deals for the SleepEngine tech

* We know that BARK has guided that "Further announcements will be made as soon as practicable when these licences are signed". i.e. it's very likely that when we get an RNS about one of these big wins the share price is going to have another big climb northwards.

* We also know that these contracts, if won, are "significant". BARK have been briefing that "These agreements are expected to deliver 'significant' additional revenues to the business over the coming years".

Quite right and no wonder Paul S is saying POS should be at 30p to 50p a share right now on its current order book alone and why he has also been an exponent of £1 a share on the back of any further additional big orders. Without a doubt this is under valued at 15p and should be at least 30p+ on the back of further contract gains. If there is another chunky contract then his £1 a share prediction will probably become a reality quickly. i.e. Lots of potential here ....
