For those that doubt the risk/reward with AIM shares - and what could happen here - should take a look at another AIM minnow I hold: UPL. 1 year ago when I was buying in it was under 0.50p. It's already up over 800% this year and the possible takeover announced today is 14p. From 0.50p 1 year ago. i.e. It can and does happen. If a JV happens here (and all the recent RNS' point to JV news happening soon) then just watch the TYM share price rocket likewise...

The Upland RNS today re a possible takeover perfectly demonstrates the big opportunity for BOIL shareholders. UPL is already up over 800% in 12 months and the bid is 14p. That's a rise from 0.50p 1 year ago.....

Yes, very few people are aware of what's happening with this little £3Million MCAP company at the moment, particularly in Zambia. Check out the recent RNS' and videos posted by the company regarding"unsolicited joint venture interest from major companies". If and when a JV happens the share price is going to rocket. TYM really could be the biggest under the radar opportunity on AIM at the moment....

The 5p - 10p share predictions being posted on here are very modest indeed. That is peanuts in this sector. Maybe 5p - 10p within 6 months is more like it and probably 2p quite soon on news. That's very very achievable with GST. i.e. It's already been over 2p anyway and that was just on hype and hope. Now we have the building blocks being put in place for a global NEO bank. We are looking at more like 50p a share and probably much higher over the next few years if this pans out as expected. NEO banking is going to be big news moving forward. Our time is coming. Those that are investing at sub 1 penny will be very pleased they did so in a couple of years time. GST is on the runway ready for take off....

It could be as simple as a more qualified CFO is required for the next stage of our journey and that the current incumbent is just moving on. Phase 1 of the turn around has been implemented, as per the excellent final results RNS yesterday. A CFO departure prior to yesterday would have spooked the market. We have an investor presentation next week, when we will no doubt learn more about how the business is progressing in the new financial year. Judging by the latest numbers we should be pleased....

- Pre-Clinical IND = $60 Million median deal size

- Phase 1 = $73 Million median deal size

- Phase 2 = $100 Million median deal size

* Large-cap biopharma companies (market cap of $50 billion+) are still signing $100 million-plus upfront deals

* There were 114 biopharma R&D licensing partnerships signed in Q2 of 2023

* $1.2 billion in total upfront cash and equity was paid in licensing deals in Q2 of 2023

Brilliant news from ABDX today:

* ABDX full year revenues have increased by 43% compared to FY22 = Brilliant

* Excluding COVID-19 revenues, FY23 revenues were actually 126% higher = Brilliant

* And check this out: Revenue for H2 FY23, was more than 2.5x that of H1 FY23 = Brilliant

Plus they also have no requirement for additional funding. Cash at the end of the financial year was £3.2m

All in all a superb set of results from ABDX. The turn around is fully underway. Next stop 25p a share....

Agreed and a multi Billion AVCT licencing deal is coming. They are making it pretty clear in the recent RNS...

* The continuing very positive clinical progress of AVA6000 has opened up the potential for "multiple commercial opportunities", and the scope for using pre|CISIONTM to create a pipeline of new tumour-targeted cancer therapies is extensive.

* The Company's clinical strategy is key to fully exploiting this opportunity through a combination of in-house development and an active licensing and commercial partnerships programme.

It's worth reminding everyone that in the Outlook section of the most recent financial results, RNS'd a couple of weeks ago, it stated that AVCT will "provide a detailed data read-out during Q4 2023" of the three-weekly dose escalation safety study for AVA6000. That could be any time. Imagine being out of this share when that news hits, if it's as positive as we have been led to believe. The SP will soar......

Hi, in answer to your question the guidance is from ABDX's Trading Update (RNS dated 6th July 2023). It's where I get much of my data on companies from. Link below for info. The RNS states as follows:

Highlights

* Strong commercial progress across the Company. FY23 revenues expected to be circa 42% higher than FY22.

·* Excluding COVID-19 revenues, FY23 revenue expected to be 125% higher than FY22, underlining the strong transition to a sustainable CDMO business model.

* Revenue for H2 expected to be more than 2.5x that of H1, with the increase coming from several new projects commencing from late H1 2023.

So, you could pick the higher figure of 125% (non-covid revenues) but I've been more cautious by going for the lower - but still fantastic - "whopping" 42% increase. It should be an interesting day tomorrow for ABDX investors as Chris Yates and Chris Hand look to have turned the problematic Covid Government contract problems around with a sustainable CDMO business model. We will find out more tomorrow.

I'm optimistic that tomorrow will be another stepping stone to success. 25p a share next stop before 100p a share over the next couple of years....

I get what you are saying about TYM and the AIM market in general but AIM is where the really big gains tend to happen. Even better when they are in an ISA or Sipp. GGP went for me from 2p to over 28p and it did get to over 35p at one stage and Sareum went from .3 to over 8p for me. i.e. These kind of mega gains do happen. A Zambian JV deal (or two) would be a game changer for this small £2.8 Million MCAP AIM listed stock . It takes time, patience and nerves of steel but well worth the gains when they happen. Something big and exciting looks to be brewing at TYM judging by the recent RNS' regarding "interest from major companies"....

Don't forget that ABDX hit 18p+ intraday a few months ago with a sustained rise over several days. The fact that the company is briefing a large increase in revenue for 2023 (up a whopping 42% is the guidance) should see the ABDX share price re-rate. We will find out more tomorrow...

Yes, the poster presentation concludes that "we propose that N4Pharma’s silica nanoparticle Nuvec may be a useful universal agent to improve vector mediated therapeutics with reduced side effects". Hello, that is brilliant!

So, it begs the question: Nigel where is the media briefing or RNS announcing this excellent research with Brunel University? This would achieve:

1. interest from big pharma

2. peer reviews and editorial exposure / BBC Health or Science Editor interest etc

Either we have NDA's in place or N4P is asleep at the wheel as we have data showing that Nuvec is comparable to Venetoclax and Gefitinib (Roche and AZ) and now this data with Brunel.

N4P needs to talk up its successes rather than let the share price slip and slip without any news.

Come on Nigel, it's time to start communicating with shareholders, the wider market and get a licencing / collaboration deal up and running....

Exactly. You would be pretty crazy to not be invested in AVCT currently. Big Pharma won't want to miss out on AVCT. As pointed out over the weekend one likely candidate will be Sanofi. They lost the $4.7 Billion bidding war to BMS for Mirati. Sanofi also missed out on Horizon Therapeutics but lost to Amgen and it is reported that they also lost a bid for Reata Pharmaceuticals to Biogen. Bring on the licencing or takeover bidding war for AVCT....

Looks like a possible Greatland / Sareum style leap could be coming here. You only need to see OBD up 300+% in 1 month, POS up 800+% in 1 month, ORCA up 450+% in one month to get a taster of what could happen with the TYM share price on JV news. i.e. It could x 10 over the next few months to 1.5p based on JV news from Zambia. That excludes positive news from Sweden, which is not factored in at all currently....

Fantastic RNS. TYM has surely got to be the biggest under the radar opportunity on AIM at the moment if one or more JV's are announced following the confirmation today of further "unsolicited joint venture interest from major companies". This looks like a possible bidding war from major companies...

* All five projects are now at a stage where drilling priorities can be developed. One of these, Konkola West, is now subject to a term sheet for a joint venture and other projects have been subject to unsolicited joint venture interest from major companies.

* Nearly US$10 billion of investment into new copper mine development in Zambia has been announced in recent times as a direct result of the Hitchilema government's more mining-friendly policies. This is generating a high level of interest in copper exploration in Zambia and we are well placed to benefit from this."

* Areas A1 & A2 are targets for traditional Copperbelt sediment-hosted mineralisation where known deposits in Zambia and the DRC range in size up to supergiant size (>25mt contained copper).

* 248 soil samples were initially collected on a 200m x 200m spaced grid at the A1 and A2 targets. A further 311 samples were taken as an infill of the A1 grid at 100m x100m spacing and at 50m spacing along three east-west lines.

* pXRF analytical results at target A1 have outlined a significant open-ended copper anomaly with soil samples above 80ppm covering an area of 3 km long by up to 1.5 km wide, peaking at 280ppm copper.

* A high-grade area within the A1 copper-in-soil anomaly with values above 200ppm and averaging 231ppm copper has dimensions of 400m x 150m.

* pXRF results at target A2 show very high copper values, up to 1,239ppm copper in organic-rich samples from the perimeter of a marsh (dambo). The copper in this hydromorphic anomaly is likely transported and may be linked to the source of the A1 copper-in-soil anomaly.

Hi, Mike Owen is still Chairman of Avacta’s Scientific Advisory Board and has already sold his own business, Kymab, to Sanofi for $1.4 billion. Here’s a quote from AVCT Ceo AS “We are pleased, and honoured, to welcome three world-leading oncologists to Avacta’s Therapeutics Division’s Scientific Advisory Board, under the continuing Chairmanship of Dr Mike Owen”…

Hope this helps. Imo Dr Owen could prove pivotal in negotiating a cracking licensing or takeover deal with Sanofi (or ANother)….

The Sanofi link could be very interesting indeed. Fierce Pharma (link below) reported earlier this week that they had lost out to BMS for Mirati. The article said the following about Mirati:“another major deal that the French pharma has missed. Sanofi previously targeted Horizon Therapeutics but lost to Amgen, it also lost a bid for Reata Pharmaceuticals to Biogen". Btw BMS paid $4.7 Billion for Mirati. Yet again highlighting the mega money being paid by big pharmaceutical companies.

Readers on here might also be interested to know this about Sanoffi. A couple of years ago it paid £1.1 Billion for Kymab, co founded by Avacta Non Exec Dr Mike Owen. i.e. Dr Owen will hopefully be lobbying Sanoffi when the time is right about AVCT. Sanoffi won't want to keep missing out on deals. AVCT looks a perfect licensing or takeover target for Sanofi….

FY23 revenue is expected to be up by a whopping 42% on FY22. That should attract positive commentary and sentiment.

If they do announce results in line with this guidance - or better - it should have a really positive effect on the share price.
