RMM, great point. The desire to focus on treatments as well as vaccines very much back in vogue again. SNG benefiting on this basis as will Sareum's SDC-1801 TYK2/JAK1. On another note, Merck is also the one I'm particularly watching re SRA737. Good luck, Brighty

If the UK Govt is slow on the uptake regarding fast tracking our SDC-1801 TYK2/JAK1 to treat Covid-19 then perhaps Sareum should consider applying to the the Department of Health and Human Services in the USA and its ACTIV partnership (funded by "Operation Warp Speed"). Many, including me, were posting on here that President Biden's focus on Covid 19 when he started in the Oval office last week would be good news for SNG. It's already happening. Today is brilliant news re SNG confirming its inhaled interferon beta treatment has been given the green light in the US to trial COVID-19 outpatients. For those that are new to SNG, the ACTIV partnership is funded by "Operation Warp Speed". The USA's strategy to speed up the development of the most promising treatments and vaccine candidates for COVID-19. This is a milestone moment for SNG and its shareholders. Fantastic news. Yes, it's a good decision to be a shareholder in this gem. Sir Martin has worked his magic and taken my investment in SFOR up by nearly x 4 so far. Very happy with his vision for SFOR. He's certainly shaking up the agency model and most likely more M&A to happen soon. Good luck, Brighty

The impetus for the gain in the Sareum share price over the past few months has principally been as a result of the brilliant October 2020 news regarding

• The Notification of the UKRI Grant Award for Covid-19 Research

& the fantastic December

• Nature article highlighting the role of TYK2 in Covid-19
• US Patent Grant for TYK2/JAK1 Anticancer Candidate

These are the big treasures propelling the share price upwards as more and more new investors buy in to Sareum at the 2p+ level. i.e. Countless £10,000+ buys at over 2p have been occurring for a couple of months in readiness for the next flurry of news in relation to the above RNS’ and on any of the following licencing opportunities:

Tyk2 / SDC / Lupus / Covid

There’s also the distinct possibility of a potential takeover at some stage now that the global patents are in the bag. The Kymab acquisition by Sanofi at the start of January demonstrated the huge potential value of Sareum’s science. No M&A activity would have occurred prior to the October and January patent confirmation. Hence the sustained buying by investors since October, in my opinion.

Yes, 25% year-on-year growth by IQE is not to be sniffed at. Fantastic and a very positive outcome for the outgoing CEO (soon to be President of IQE). He's created a splendid business with a few bumps in the road along the way. All looking good now. 150p - 170p+ a share for 2021 is what I have as my fair value looking at the numbers. i.e. a possible 100% gain here. Also, IQE could probably be a takeover target soon if consolidation in the sector continues. Good luck, Brighty

The 13% rise today is just the start. Remember that ODX Chair William Rhodes said in the recent RNS that the Company is expecting to have a “significantly improved second half performance". Plus we've got the potential of £240m profit per year in the future and 2m lateral flow tests per week to factor in here. Awaiting the RNS to take us above 100p next. Good luck, Brighty

Fadec, interested to note your Pfizer post. I wonder if our Non Executive Director's have advised Tim Mitchell or John Reader about Pfizer's "Breakthrough Growth Initiative" for Sareum. Last week PureTech Health PLC received a USD25 million investment from Pfizer on this basis. Pro: It would certainly be a significant boost for our credibility + propel our share price and provide a healthy revenue stream. Con: probably have to sign a chuncky %age of future revenue to Pfizer. Good luck, Brighty

Lets hope AHO will leave LLOY with a resumption of the dividend as his parting gift. BOE has stated It must be capped at the higher of either 25% of two years' profits (after dividends and other distributions) or 20bp of end-2020 risk-weighted assets. We are due an update on N4P’s research in to whether Nuvec® can generate COVID-19-specific antibodies in mice. Very topical and news worthy so a positive RNS regarding this data would certainly excite the pharma sector (& be very good news for the N4P share price). Good luck, Brighty

The SRA 737 data from June 2019 indicated a 100% regression of tumours after 21 days in small cell lung cancer and the University of Kent / Institute of Cancer Research data of March 2020 also clearly highlighted that SRA 737 worked. By my reckoning that means that we have at least two global pharmaceutical giants aware of SRA 737: Merck (2019 data: SRA 737 / ICB -Keytruda) and Eli Lilly (2020 data: SRA 737 combo synthesised with Lilly’s Gemcitabine) Both have witnessed the effectiveness of SRA737 in the initial research. And then of course there is Gilead waiting in the wings.....

Your 30p per share prediction might well becoming a reality. Good call. Plus don't forget that TOM was 6+p 18 months ago. Back then the share price rise was based on just hope. I remember when this went from 80p in July 2017 to 150p 2 months later with favourable broker notes and BUY recommendations in the media. With IQE's business in a much stronger position now in 2021 than 3 years ago I hope to see something similar this year (but this time for IQE to hold the share price gains at over 150p+). The rise to 86p today is a good start. Some updated brokers targets based on the new numbers would help the share price re-rate to where it should be. i.e. in the hundreds. The excellent 25% year-on-year growth is not to be sniffed at. A reappraisal of IQE should now be factored in. IQE's record revenue performance is going to be good news for the share price in 2021, especially when you consider that it was trading at 170p+ 3 years ago on less favourable numbers than today. I hope to see some BUY recommendations in The Telegraph, The Times, Investors Chronicle, Mail on Sunday etc . Good luck, Brighty

The commercial messages in the RNS issued today will significantly add value to our long term share price once the data is released. We already know that the Synairgen science works so I'm looking forward to the day the actual research is announced. Then the SNG share price will achieve the 990p+ Numis valuation. Plus we have President Biden about to unleash mega bucks on Covid treatments (which is only going to be a positive for SNG) following his inauguration at 5pm UK time day.
