This was 146p 12 months ago today on January 8th 2020 pre Covid. There's no reason why we can't get back to the January 2020 share price soon. I'm looking forward to the forthcoming update. If it's as good as we are expecting we should see a significant rise. A reminder that this was trading in the 200p to 300p range when dividends were being paid. If a dividend is reinstated then this will give a further boost to the share price. Good luck, Brighty.

50% rise today already and remember last February this went up massively to 0.57 intraday. BOIL is sitting on huge assets. If they can monetize them via a farmout, JV or even a sale then the gains will be really huge. Good luck Brighty

1p to 6.6p is what Webis did intraday back in May 2018 and that was on much less substantial news compared to what is happening in the sector currently. Pre the announcement of the Dodd/Gray AB10 Bill delay in California last year it hit 3.7p intraday. This is lining up brilliantly for some major gains and probably M&A. 10p+ per share in 2021 looks likely. Good luck, Brighty

Yes a much more detailed RNS and don't forget that we have a tiny mcap of approx £3.5million. The BOIL share price could multiply x 5 or even x 10 times the current price on an update like it did 12 months ago. i.e. On February 7th last year the share price went up dramatically. This is very good news from the Chairman in the RNS: "I am very pleased to report that it has been a much improved performance from our core USA based business, WatchandWager.com LLC ("WatchandWager") over the financial year, with a significant improvement in trading especially in the second half. The New York sports betting news today was very very interesting on the of the M&A activity in this sector. i.e. William Hill takeover & the news this week of the £8.1 billion proposed takeover of the Ladbrokes owner. Here’s a recap of what Webis said recently on this topic in an RNS:

In answer to your question, Webis via its WatchandWager business also (according to its website) "holds licences to accept wagers from residents in California, New York, Kentucky and several other key US States". Wow. 81% increase. 3p just paid and yes Crabtree confirmed in the RNS dated 28th Aug 2019 “WatchandWager recently renewed pari-mutuel wagering licenses to accept wagers from residents of New York and Washington….

WatchandWager president Ed Comins believes the company’s commitment to integrity and the rules enhance its ability to obtain renewals and position it well for future growth.

“I am confident that all applicable licenses will be renewed for WatchandWager as the Company takes regulatory compliance as its highest priority,” Comins said. “We are pleased to renew our investment in our licenses. We believe that they will reap significant dividends for WatchandWager as more states move to authorize sports wagering in the near-future.”

This patent really strengthens our hand for either a takeover or licencing as throughout the due diligence process Sareum would need to be providing the licencing partner or buyer with indemnification provisions as well as updating any final patent issues. The patent RNS issued today certainly supports / infers this view. This is the final piece of the patent jigsaw that we have been waiting to hear about (& no doubt what licencing & or M&A suitors will have wanted evidence of). This was over x 10 the current share price 18 months ago (19th July 2019 = 6.2p) & that was based purely on speculation. It was also above 2p intraday a few months ago. i.e. possible big share price gains to come in my opinion. Online sales up 36% at NEXT are a really good news indicator for our forthcoming trading RNS later this month. This is what Next said today in its RNS:

"In the nine weeks to 26 December, the sales gained in our Online business compensated for almost all those lost in Retail stores, with total product full price sales down just -0.5%. The table below sets out the full price sales performance by business channel versus last year for the fourth quarter, second half and year to 26 December"

I agree. I've been invested in TEK from the 6p days 18 months ago and I feel 50p is realistic for 2021. This is very under the radar and I'm expecting Tek to achieve really big gains over the next 3 years, with its portfolio of co's including Guident, Salarius, Lucyd and Belluscura. This is a great share to hold. i.e. Investing in our future via these bright guys is a no brainer for me. Salarius looks to be the first to be taking off but watch out for Guident on the back of the vehicle revolution currently underway and Belluscura could be next with news also. Good luck, Brighty
