There is very likely to be M&A activity with a major global pharmaceutical once the data is finally revealed. i.e. a massive licencing or a takeover deal. "Trial readouts are due over the coming months which we anticipate will add to the growing body of evidence supporting the use of inhaled interferon beta as a potential treatment for patients with COVID-19. These include data from our international SG018 Phase III trial and the US ACTIV-2 Phase II trial in COVID-19 outpatients, with initial data for SG018 expected in H2 2021. Beyond these trials Synairgen is in regular dialogue with government bodies and companies regarding the progress of inhaled interferon beta and its application as an effective treatment in both hospitalized and home-based patients.

In the second half of 2021 Synairgen will continue its commercialisation and manufacturing plans in order to scale up manufacturing and supply capacity, with the aim of making the drug readily available internationally and to meet potential commercial demand in the event of a regulatory approval".

AIM IP specialist Tekcapital to sell or float all four portfolio companies 'within 2 years' #TEK

In an exclusive announcement, Tekcapital CEO Dr Clifford Gross told London South East that all four of his portfolio companies are making excellent commercial progress, with both Lucyd and Salarius already generating revenues, Bellescura to be manufacturing portable oxygen concentrators by the end of the year, and Guident to have a remote monitoring and control centre operational in Florida later this year.

Clifford told us: "Because they have progressed so well, it was the best year in the history of the company. Our net assets are now $32.7M, our sales were around $9.9M and our after-tax profit was about $7.7M. It was the best of times and the worst of times [due to Covid].

As a result Dr Gross told London South East he fully expected each business to have either been sold or IPO'd within the next two years. " I see us exiting all of the businesses in two years time. All four of them will either be sold or floated in 24 months."

As to which was his preferred option for each business, Dr Gross said: "The one which produces the best value for shareholders, because our business model is to take a portion of those proceeds and to distribute them as a special dividend to our shareholders - the ones who have the patience to make the journey."

Yes, JUST normally does issue an AGM statement. The 16th March RNS painted a very exciting year ahead for shareholders. Achieving capital self-sufficiency over the last few months was and is the game changer for JUST investors.

With the NAV nearly double the current very under valued share price we are in for a rewarding 2021 and beyond.

Exactly, Synairgen's SG018 phase 3 trial commenced on 13th January of this year with 20 countries enrolling a total of 610 COVID-19 patients. We are 4 months on from then so not long to wait now for the data. Don't forget that back in January Richard Marsden was talking up the Phase 3 trial as "an opportunity for a significant UK scientific breakthrough". Excitingly for SNG investors we already know that it works. This could be the big moment for SNG shareholders.

For any doubters, here is RM's full quote from the Jan 13th RNS: "We need treatments as well as vaccines to fight highly pathogenic viruses such as SARS-CoV-2. Development of treatments like ours will remain necessary in cases where vaccines are not effective, for those who do not get vaccinated, and in case the virus mutates to the point where vaccines become less effective. We believe this trial presents an opportunity for a significant UK scientific breakthrough and, if given the right support, our drug could rapidly assist with the global crisis."

Says it all as far as I'n concerned. If the data for P3 is as good as we believe it to be then it's a huge moment for Synairgen and its shareholders.

Back in January, some of you might recall, there were some very encouraging comments about a 200p valuation / takeover price for Just Group in Investors Chronicle.

CFO Andy Parsons was quoted as saying “We are open to conversations from interested parties and conversations have happened. All we can do is to focus on ourselves – making our business better will increase the appeal to others.”

Here's to an encouraging AGM statement this week. 200p is where this should be by the end of this year, if not sooner.

Yes, the good news is that the patent RNS really bolstered N4P's hand for either a takeover or licencing. Throughout any due diligence process N4P would need to be providing the licencing partner or buyer with indemnification provisions as well as updating any final patent issues. So, another tick in the box with the patent RNS issued recently. i.e. Licencing & or M&A suitors will want Nigel to provide verification of patent protection. There's a lot of news due which should propel the N4P share price to new heights. Hopefully not long to wait now. Good luck, Brighty

"There has been no material change to our UK Government contract since our February 15 announcement, or the April 30 update" - ODX Twitter feed.

The company has confirmed:
* ODX has been awarded a Gov't contract
* staff numbers have increased to 250
* Omega has been awarded a contract with a potential value of £374 million and
* substantial revenue growth is coming

ODX is also on record in an RNS stating "We're delighted to announce that UK Government has valued our 11 February contract, to provide manufacturing capacity for #COVID19 Lateral Flow Antigen Tests, at £374 million".

I also believe Lord Bethell Minister of Innovation at dhscgovuk when he said recently via Twitter:

The Company has identified customers in seven countries that are being prioritised internally as Tier 1 commercial targets where, following registration of AbC-19™, the Company anticipates significant sizeable orders"...

It’s looking very very exciting here in my opinion when you read the above and all the recent ODX tweets and RNS’. i.e. You either believe our CEO, Lord Bethell and the GOV UK news release about ODX or you don't. I know who I believe.....

Investors should focus on the end goal. i.e. a takeover of SNG. Kymab was sold for 7 times the current SNG mcap (for 1.45 billion) to Sanofi in January o this year. Therefore, what price tag do we put on SNG, which lets face it has a much more valuable pipeline and proven product than Kymab? The Numis £9.90 per share valuation springs to mind at the very least. The pharma sector now knows from the trials that SNG001 is the real deal. Patience is all that is required. Good luck, Brighty
