Plus in relation to Covid we know that our TYK2 works in combo with dexamethasone, recently hailed as the lifesaver for over 1 million Covid patients. I’ve not forgotten that juicy comment from Tim Mitchell & Stephen Parker in a previous RNS ether:“The Sareum compound as a single agent was well tolerated and there was no change in tolerability when combined with dexamethasone”. Says it all.

In summary, when a share really starts to move sometimes it is unstoppable. We all witnessed what materialised in our sector in 2020 with the astonishing share price rises of NCYT, AVCT, SNG etc. If they can do it, so can Sareum.

Also don't forget that last year Newrange's Pamlico project in Nevada discovered near surface oxide gold mineralization. TYM looks to be an increasingly attractive investment to multi-bag. Absolutely and don’t rule out an SRA737 announcement soon for an on-licencing deal. The pressure is surely mounting on Sierra now that AZ, MSD and Eli Lilly have all witnessed how effective SRA 737 has been in trials in combo with WEE1 / Adavosertib (AZ), Keytruda (MSD) and Gemcitabine (Eli Lilly). If one of these global big 3 decided to take on SRA737 this would see the share price literally rocket. Good luck all SAR investors, Brighty

The £900,000 buy today shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. Our 23rd April RNS about SDC-1801 said it all:

"Initial results are encouraging and demonstrate that SDC-1801 reduces the levels of cytokines associated with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome in human lung cells infected with SARS-CoV-2".

This is why Sareum is becoming the hottest pharma stock of 2021. If you've got £900,000 to spend on a share why wouldn't you invest in Sareum? All LTH's are aware where this is heading and it is way past 30p a share.

Yes another part of the USA licencing jigsaw dealt with adding yet more value to our business. Don't forget what Webis said recently in an RNS:

"As a result, the company has had no shortage of informal offers from other interested parties in the space, specifically in the areas of software deals, strategic alliances and, at the operating company level only, mergers and even acquisition".

I agree. There's plenty of news incoming over the next quarter to see this back to new share price highs. Remember we have a drug formulation that has proven to saves lives. i.e. SNG works. Sir Stephen Holgate and Richard Marsden have irrefutably communicated via RNS after RNS that Inhaled interferon does save lives. We also know that the data shows that SNG boosts lung defences. This equates to SNG is the perfect treatment for Covid and influenza. Once the vaccine news dwindles, SNG publishes its data and investors plus the Gov’t focus on what SNG is all about the share price will rise substantially. I've been invested here since 29p and based purely on what we know so far £5 per share is my prediction for 2021 with £8 - £10 per share as a takeover price. Numis know what they are talking about, financially, and so do The Lancet, from a medical / science point of view. All looking good here for the next chapter of the SNG story. Good luck, Brighty

WIP, I am also of the opinion that MSD is a good prospect. Late last year MSD acquired OncoImmune for $425 plus milestones and sales royalties in a COVID 19 focussed deal. i.e. Licencing or M&A with MSD would not surprise me. MSD have already witnessed how effective the Sareum science is back in June 2019 with SRA737 (the 100% regression of tumours after 21 days in small cell lung cancer trial). Also, I’m of the opinion that the RNS today was about getting the Sareum house in order for M&A activity or licencing. Last pieces of the corporate jigsaw. Not long to go now. Good luck, Brighty

Don't forget that Lord Bethell, Minister for Health, is quoted as stating "end of May" in his tweet and there's also the official Gov UK press release about ODX. It's unlikely that the Gov UK media machine would announce this news if it wasn't going to happen...

I tend to believe the Government Minister and the Gov UK release about ODX rather than the doubters. After the end of May though we would need some clarity from ODX if there is slippage in timescales. So, in summary an end of many announcement is still very much a possibility. Why would Lord Bethell tweet this otherwise? It's only 21st May today. There will be strategic dates at Gov UK mapped in for announcements so I'm still of the opinion that the end of May or early June is when we will get big news.

Quite right and don't forget that Synairgen went from a similar share price to ours, see below, to over 200p in 6 months:
SNG 6p in January 2020.
SNG 15+p in February 2020.
SNG 40+p in March 2020.
SNG 70+p in April 2020.
SNG 200+p in July 2020.
If SNG can go from 6p to over 200p in 6 months then you would have to say that given a good run of positive news over the next 6 months the same could quite easily happen here. A more realistic £1+ per share is my prediction for N4P in 2021 if things pan out as we expect. Good luck all N4P shareholders, Brighty.

N4P Collaborations looking very promising:

"The Company is pleased to announce that it has entered into two Material Transfer Agreements ("MTAs") to assess how well Nuvec® can bind and be optimised for transfection with two different proprietary plasmids. The first is with a major international company working in the gene therapy space and the second is a pharmaceutical company developing its own proprietary vaccine for Covid-19 using a DNA plasmid. Each MTA is subject to certain confidentiality clauses as to the extent of detail that may be disclosed, including the name of the other party".

Plus in vivo studies news also:

"The Company is also pleased to announce it has made good progress developing and testing a monodisperse formulation of Nuvec®. Previous updates have highlighted the success in preparing monodisperse formulations and recent results from a pilot in vivo study undertaken by Nanomerics have now indicated that a lower dose of 10ug pOVA bound to optimised, monodispersed Nuvec® gives a better result than a 50ug dose of the original, agglomerated Nuvec® used in previous in vivo studies".

As the excitement intensifies about Sareum’s SDC-1801 Covid-19 research programme – update due soon - it is also worth noting for newbies out there that AZ, Merck and Eli Lilly have all witnessed how effective our SRA 737 has been in trials. Namely:

Yes, Aviva would appear to be one of the best fits for the JUST business. Maybe Legal and General or Standard Life Aberdeen too? The comments in Investors Chronicle from our CFO Andy Parsons about being "open to conversations from interested parties and conversations have happened". Plus his "making our business better will increase the appeal to others" comment was certainly very intriguing indeed. I do wonder if we will hear more on this soon....? Good luck, Brighty

2.6p to 26p is a real possibility here (& that's just for starters). We all saw what happened last year in our sector with the incredible rises of NCYT, AVCT, SNG etc.

Hmmmm. So CERP investors have gone from 2.5p at the time of the BPC merger (and over 5p 2 years ago) to 0.35p with this deal. Value destruction at its worst. Who recalls these 2 points from the pre merger Q&A with BPC? ....

Q. How did the parties agree the relative valuations and how does this relate the net present value ("NPV") of each party's assets? Does the transaction undervalue Columbus?

A. The merger valuation was agreed based on the relative share price and market capitalisations of each company using several reference points in time, as described on pages 33 and 36 of the Scheme Documents. The NPV of each party's assets will depend upon a number of assumptions for that NPV to be realised. For example, the NPV for the Saffron appraisal and development project (as set out in Columbus' Corporate and Operational Update dated 27 April 2020) depends on funding for the project of circa US$3m (as set out on page 12 of that update). As such, the share price and market capitalisation of each party is a more appropriate measure of value. The Columbus Board looked at the proposed transaction with a 6 - 12 month horizon. In the event of BPC's drilling success with the Perseverance well, the Board believes the merits of the deal will be self-evident. In the event the Perseverance well result is ambiguous, the Board's view is that by that time the combined business will be better placed than if Columbus didn't undertake the merger.

A. Absolutely. Leo will become a Non-Executive Director of BPC post-merger and be responsible for driving the progress of the South West Peninsula and Suriname projects. He will also be entitled to attend and contribute to the BPC leadership team meetings.
