I really don’t think it’s acceptable to start talking about jan/ Feb before news. We have been strung along for ages before the heads of agreement. WH has consistently talked about year end and that everything is progressing well. If we are looking towards the end of February then knowing EOG we’re looking at a drill sometime in 2027.

Well I have voted in favour of resolutions 1-6 and 11 but against 7-10, I might have felt differently if today’s RNS had been the farm out with timescales and cash back etc but until I see ink on a contract I am not giving any more blank cheques. If that means we miss out on some opportunities then so be it. I am still miffed about Morocco and Serenity to see any more gambling. Get this over the line and on a successful drill with decent terms we can hopefully retire. The directors have been well rewarded over the years, they have many more shares than I have and therefore will benefit many more times over than I will. Likewise if it fails I want them to share our pain and not cushion them further with even better salaries and pensions. It’s called accountability rather than the culture of self reward

I agree with your comments CN regarding Bond and other members of the board at the time. I guess that the main difference for me is that Wilson has skin in the game. I also appreciated his early actions, the fact that he made public the outrageous costs of Bond’s fuel cells. I also liked the fact that he laid out a realistic timeline. Yes, this company requires patience but at least there’s a clearer path to success and hopefully one that doesn’t rely on government subsidies.

Looks like some nervous selling. This looked primed for take off a few weeks ago after HW visit to EG. Patience is still the key here. I’m slightly concerned that it hasn’t been signed off yet however the upside is so great and my wait has been so long that I am now pot committed as they say in poker. I have continued to accumulate over the last couple of months but I will not purchase any more until the deal is done. Good luck all.

If the price were to double every year for the next 4 years we would be around £1.40. Given the proposed size of the hydrogen economy and the cost savings that we’ve been led to believe that are achievable then that prospect is realistic. If we’re at 20p or so by Christmas 26 with transparent pricing, commercially viable products and a strong order book then I would be happy to wait. I would still be in the red but at least there would be light at the end of the tunnel.

I think 4p on farm out is more realistic. I don’t want to rain on anyone’s parade but I’ve been disappointed so many times over the years i(Romania, France, Holmwood, Kosmos,Serinity,) I’m trying hard not to get too carried away with the potential upside. I’ll be glad once the ink on the contract is dry and we have timelines to look forward to. 15p and I retire comfortably. Hopefully WH gets this over the line soon. The world will need cheap gas for decades to come until new technologies ramp up.

Personally I don’t begrudge those people who have doubled their money in a short space of time from banking profits. It may seem crazy to us long term dreamers but there’s still no guarantees on success. I’m still under water and therefore will hold all my shares until at least 5p at which time I might cash in 20%. If Ireland news drops, if Rachel Reeves recognises the importance of the oil and gas sector to both energy security and jobs and Cloughton lands who knows where this might go. Exciting times ahead.

What are our chances of hitting 2p this week before news drops. Would be a great base for takeoff. Happy to see last week’s rise repeated

I think there is a danger in getting too carried away with percentages. We are a tiny company that’s short of cash. Not a strong negotiating position. I just want to see this gets over the line with a drill timetable and hopefully some back costs. I’d be happy with 8%

There is never certainty in shares. I still have painful memories of Kosmos walking away from a farm out. However, we have to work on a balance of probability. If the farm out doesn’t happen this could easily half but this time feels different. EG gov appears on board, we have a major waiting to cross the T’s and dot the I’s. Whoever gets in at 1.3 is at a bargain level, at 1.25 it would have to be a screaming buy unless there’s a material change. The world still needs lots of gas. Trump is putting pressure on the Europeans not to purchase Russian gas on the secondary market. Energy security is the name of the game

Got to agree with Ade on this point. We had extreme E and all the fanfare and nice photo ops for AB and his underachievers. What us long suffering shareholders now require is sales and lots of them. If the cracker tech is as good as we are led to believe then deals should be in the pipeline ready to sign once the first batch prove there worth. Our tech will be so good that large companies will be paying us to mass produce it or licence it. We can’t remain in a cycle of never ending development and trials.

As the saying goes, wouldn’t want to be out of this over the weekend. News could be Monday morning or a fortnight, who knows? However I doubt we will see 1.25 again. This could be 4p plus on news of a farmout which is a very attractive risk/ reward.

Surely the farmout is only 2 way. Maybe 80/20 split major and antler. Eog then have 40% of antler which would be 8% overall. Please correct me if I’m looking at this in the wrong way

Point taken Ade. Those of us who’ve been here many years and got taken in by Bond’s b/s have every right to feel aggrieved.To your credit you were persistent in your criticism of him. It was a message that I and many others did not want to hear believing that it was a siren voice and therefore I held through the steady and sometimes steep but inevitably expensive decline.

So what has kept me invested? Quite simply the belief that the world needs cleaner energy. Looking solely at AFC’s track record one would have sold out long ago. It’s been a litany of failures and excuses. If I was investing solely with my head I would have been out long ago. However, I have invested with my heart. I want this company to succeed. I want a better future for the planet. At the moment it feels like unrequited love but the romantic in me has not yet lost all hope.

There’s a major difference between AB and JW. JW and the BOD have been investing substantial amounts of their own money into AFC, something AB never did. They now have skin in the game and are unlikely to want to see major dilution. Some posters have criticised the plan for only funding 5 or so crackers initially. I personally like that approach. Once we have proof that the crackers are cost competitive this will fly. It will require patience for a few months. If you can’t wait then sell
