Almost 3 weeks beyond the half year when WH had indicated a farm out would be delivered. Way beyond when he initially stated last quarter 2024 or first quarter 2025. Still silence while he picks up his fat pay check for achieving sweet FA. Directions are supposed to add value not destroy it. Please prove me wrong or have the decency to recognise your limitations and resign.

I had really hoped and believed that we were about to get some kind of joint venture or strategic investment along the lines of the ITM linde deal a few years ago.

I didn’t attend this year’s agm but I went to the previous 3. I obviously got taken for a ride. I quoted the CFO and the hockey stick sales projections. All the time they must have known how uncompetitive their products were. Yet they sat there smiling away and had such an air of confidence that each time I left I invested more of my hard earned in this crock of s***.

Not happy about the placing price or lack of revenue. Had hoped we might have received a few million more in grants and had burnt less money.

The only positives is that the BOD are backing themselves with their own money and it’s open to retail investors. If they get this away successfully then they will need to be pretty damned quick to get orders to restore confidence and push the price back up.

They really can’t afford months waiting to get ce marking etc.

Tired of hearing how large the market will be. We need to see delivery and sales flowing from all these relationships.

Really can’t believe the nonsense that some people write. Do they expect daily updates? In 6 months we’ve had 85% cost reductions and agreements with 2 major companies. A manufacturing agreement is in place.

Once orders are announced this will fly.

Hardly surprising that the market is losing faith given the failure of the BOD to deliver anything but jam tomorrow whilst they eat their cake today

Are investors seriously thinking that WH can stay in post if the best he can produce is an extension of EG 08. If the asset is as good as he suggests then companies should be queuing up for the farm out. If the delay is due to technical sign offs from the authorities then fair enough but if he thinks he is buying another two years of an inflated salary without delivering shareholder value then the man is delusional.

Every one knows that further funding will be needed and probably quite soon. However it doesn’t need to be a placing that leads to major dilution.

The S and p 500 company or another could make a strategic 20% investment in AFC for say 20 million. The share price would rocket on such news forcing Helicon to close their short which in turn would lead to a further rise in the share price.

We are in a better place now than we have ever been. 85% reduction in costs could lead to massive orders

Undoubtedly the recent record June temperatures in many European countries will only strengthen the case for greater investment in green tech. Next week Helikon could be feeling the heat both metaphorically and literally.

Less than £2000 worth of trades today. Tells us all we need to know about the credibility of our board of directors and the possibility of EGO8 been farmed into. We are now into the second half of the year and a statement is badly needed. I always thought that well paid key personnel was supposed to add value to a company not destroy it.

Good things come to those who wait. I’ve been waiting for a long time but I’m pleased with the progress made by the new management team. The macro picture for hydrogen looks positive and I’m sure we’ll get a decent slice of the pie. Not long now

Why is it that so many CEO’s of AIM companies struggle with acting with integrity. The you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours mentality of various remuneration committees comes to mind.

I expect an update next week but I doubt we’ll get it.

Might sound a silly question but has WH ever delivered a farm out for any company he has ever worked for. If he has then how long a process was it? This seems to be taking an eternity and my patience is running out.

Has a lot to answer for with his poor management of this company’s finances. I can only hope he delivers a farm out soon. If he fails to get it done then he should show some integrity and resign rather than wait for the inevitable shareholder rebellion.

It looks like Ade and Garonne feel like they have inside information. They have become increasingly negative yet no news has been announced regarding our s and p partners. One swallow does not a summer make. Even if our partner is air products would they really abandon crackers technology just for one cancelled project

The only risk to shareholder value now is the need for capital to expand. As Ade said earlier such a fund raise would dilute maybe a few percentage points but in the long run could be seen to secure the company’s successful future.

Personally I’m hoping we receive government grants and some sales to tide us over. The IP value of this company has just increased significantly. I’m much happier holding long term now

Now let’s hope Helikon have got caught out and that their short well and truly burns.

Well done to the team at AFC. When they announced the cost reduction target I thought they were ambitious but they have smashed it out of the ballpark

Yet another day with no volume or news. WH wondering why no one else is sharing his positive vibes about EG 08? Still keeping my fingers crossed that something will be delivered sooner rather than later. Come on Will prove all of the doubters wrong.
