CN - you state sales of 300-400 kg per day from Dunsfold from April onwards. Personally I think that your figures are far too optimistic. I don’t doubt that AFC can produce that much, my issue is can they sell that much. You also need to consider the cost of transportation

Lots of negative comments here today and I can fully understand why some investors are feeling let down. However the company has been prudent in trying to preserve cash. The cracker is a vital part of the overall package that AFC are aiming to deliver. Of course the headline figures for the cost of a generator is high but if the overall cost of ownership is equal to a diesel generator then why wouldn’t you choose the cleaner option.

Bear in mind transition doesn’t happen overnight. Britain was still building steam trains after the Second World War. They were seen as important for energy independence. Maybe we could do with similar thinking today

I think that when the s and p 500 partner is known and the market wakes up to the potential size / scale of opportunity that AFC are working on we will be at 20p.

I’m going to stick my neck out here and say that if today’s timeline is delivered we will be at 40p by Christmas (assuming we have some firm orders)

CN - point of information- they are NOT currently developing anything with the s and p company. They successfully completed phrase 1. It was a one off project for a port side development. The s and p company then decided to broaden its horizons to a larger version that has many more verticals such as cement works and glass making. The parameters of the new crackers are what they are discussing. I think when these discussions end and the outline of the project size is agreed is when we will get to know who the company are. Please try not to mislead people

As I said previously all I wanted from today was a clearer pipeline. Once again the management delivered. Fingers crossed that there’s demand for the off take from Dunsfold so we can start earning revenue from April. Company targeting August for CE marking which would be a great achievement. I think real revenues will begin once we have the hy5 deployed at ICL in November.

The S and P company are smart movers and I’m looking forward to hearing more.

Results are pretty much as expected. JW is playing this with a straight bat which is far more preferable to the hype that many AIM CEO’s , essentially AB, indulge in.

As I stated in a previous post hopefully timelines will become clearer on Friday. A nice steady rise to 20 p by Easter would be a great foundation to build further success next year.

The government cannot be expected to award contracts to companies unless the products they are offering are fully certified. I’m sure lots of different contractors will be involved in this project. Does anyone know for certain that geopura are the exclusive supplier of all the hydrogen? Or indeed all the generators.

Once we have a successful launch of the crackers and they are generating income AFC will become a changed proposition. It is obviously disappointing to not be involved in the lower Thames crossing (especially as AB had referred to it so often) however we may have bigger fish to fry.

By 2027 we will be able to offer a price comparable alternative to diesel generators. If all goes well we can become the go to supplier not only for building sites but for all off grid temporary power needs such as festivals and later on even data centres.

After the summer this could become very interesting

Totally agree with you here Hydro. I don’t expect earth shattering news but I do expect timelines to become clearer. I’d be delighted if we made it back to 20p by Easter and then a steady rise into the summer with confirmed orders.

My patience has run out. You can’t say cash burn down to $1 million a month and then do three times that. While I’m at it , Martin Ive should also go. I invested thinking that the CFO was piling in it must have a great future. The sooner that this s***show is taken over the better. At least today’s drop might make it cheaper for that to happen

I’m looking forward to more FID’s being confirmed and a nice steady rise into the summer. If we’re fortunate we might even pick up some business from Cummins withdrawal from the market. Personally I’d be glad to get to the £1 mark by August. That shouldn’t be too big an ask given we were almost 90p a while back.

I too voted against the resolution at the AGM, and whilst I’m pleased that it has come good for you unfortunately many long term shareholders such as myself were excluded. We still need a more level playing field.

Now keeping everything crossed for a successful drill but I doubt we’ll get to 5p before the bit starts spinning.

I hold my shares through Halifax isa. They won’t allow me to participate in the retail offer. Once again long term holders are being treated with contempt by the board.

Stupid comment by Ade. Afc signed a JDA with one of the latest industrial manufacturing companies in the world and he/ she thinks it’s a negative thing that will lead to a 25% price drop. Oh dear, you’re getting desperate

I would have preferred an RNS saying everything had been signed off by the EG government and then the placing. I can only assume that they will have all the permissions in place before the meeting at the end of the month.

Not sure why the share price has dropped recently. The company seems to be making good progress and is about to break even. The KPI’s have been on an upward trajectory. We have major partners and our tech is becoming mandatory.

Not sure what you are complaining about Afe. The last RNS was on 21/1/26. It clearly stated the progress that has been achieved with the lc30 generator. It’s now undergoing testing.

The current slide isn’t just happening to AFC, look at ITM , they had a good presentation and then price slipped. Weakness may be due to cummins closing operations in Spain

What I am really looking forward to at the end of February is a clear pathway to profitability. We know that the fuel cell genesis costs have been greatly reduced and that they are currently undergoing certification. What we now need to hear about is similar progress on the cracker.

Without the cracker and the opportunities it opens then we are still at the development stage. I doubt that the fuel cell generators alone will produce the income that the company needs. If the cracker works as anticipated then we won’t struggle with raising finance. All still to play for. I will be happy with a gradual rise over time

While I am also disappointed by the apparent failure to convert many RFQ’s into firm orders I remain somewhat reassured by the KPI figures and the fact we’re very close to break even. If you truly believe that this will not see double figures again maybe you should sell up and find an alternative investment that would be better for your mental health.
