I intend to continue purchasing shares each payday over the next few months until we get to 80p. After that it will depend on the contracts won. At present this looks like a bargain.

Hopefully under the new regime things are different. Wilson did say about the difficulty of getting export bureaucracy sorted. We can only hope that those problems are ironed out by now and we will be ready to roll later this year. I’m beginning to tire of CN trying to second guess every move that the company makes. We’ll all know in a few months whether this will crash and burn or fly. I’m optimistic it’s the latter.

If these campaigners were consistent they would be telling the government to stop importing fracked gas from America. I doubt that they would be able to get 10’000 locals to sign a petition on that basis. This is nimbys at their worst. The largest onshore oilfield in Britain is in Dorset on the Jurassic coast. They wouldn’t stand a hope in hell of developing it today yet it has brought massive economic benefit to Britain.

I added this morning and I’m confident that this will hit £1 at some stage this year. Whilst some people might be underwhelmed by my target it’s a 50% rise which in any investment terms is excellent. Far too many companies on AIM are all about the hype and not about putting in the hard yards. I’ve no doubt that 2027 will see a similar or greater percentage rise. ITM are building an excellent future and fully deserve their reputation as a leader in their field. I’m hoping that by 2028 we’ll be off the AIM market

If what you are saying Grey panther is true then it raises serious questions about the ability of europa’s geologists. We’ve already had one disappointment with Serenity, hopefully history will not repeat itself. Personally I’ve always had doubts about Cloughton, not because I know anything about the geology but because of the government’s lack of support for the oil and gas industry.

If we do get planning then basically GP you’re saying we won’t be able to get a farm in as it’s not attractive enough proposition. I really hope you’re wrong on this and Cloughton becomes the icing on the cake. Good luck all.

Looking forward to a positive day today after the Greenland situation has been put on ice for a while (excuse the pun). So much news to come. The construction market alone is huge , further down the line is shipping and data centres. The S and P 500 company chose AFC as our cracker tech is so good. If we deliver on it the whole world will be beating a path to our door. Keeping my fingers crossed. Good luck all.

I had always been reticent about Cloughton given the obstacles constantly put in the way of home produced fossil fuels by the green lobby. However, we are still in the middle of a cost of living crisis and uk growth remains lacklustre. In an uncertain world where we have an unreliable ally such as America surely someone in government will spell out a few home truths. We need energy security and we need it quickly. If granted permission Cloughton could be fast tracked with a willing partner and government support for essential infrastructure. Or am I just dreaming and years will be spent counting the local newt population and various other red herrings that the eco warriors will use.

I would like to see them crack on with planning for Cloughton. It would be a wonderful position to be in if they landed a major farmin partner for that project. At some stage the market will wake up to the huge opportunity that Europa is.

1- eg gets gov approval and rig contract news possibly first quarter

2- cloughton permission and drill site agreement , again possibly first quarter

3 - Irish government finally comes out in favour of domestic gas. First half of year

If all 3 of the above happen then the bonus payments will seem good value. Until then it still looks like the board are self rewarding

If you’re correct Daniel then it is truly huge news. What is your source for this information? I attended the agm yesterday and didn’t see anything in the presentation. When questioned WH said they might consider applying for the next round. There’s various options that they are considering. I think saying they are jointly applying is a bit premature unless you have it on very good authority. It really would be fantastic if we struck gas in eg08 and had another license to progress but I fear we’d be squeezed out by the big boys.

Wressle development sounds promising and it seems that the local community has been won over. Cloughton could get planning permission in late January but it looks like there will be considerable local opposition

Some of the figures for success in EG are mind blowing if it comes off. Keeping fingers and everything else crossed for 2026. Bo kroll and WH seem to be aligned with shareholders and focused on increasing value.

Good to hear that WH has been buying shares throughout the last year and we obviously know that Bo Kroll has a lot invested in. Europa. The most interesting part of the meeting was the discussion surrounding bonus payments. It seems that these are the norm in this sector. The chairman stated that they had an exceptionally talented group of people and had to pay going rates to retain them. Not being an expert in boardroom remuneration I couldn’t comment but it’s good to see that they all rate each other so highly. Once the share price increases to say 10p I think I will support their view. Until then I remain a sceptic.

The really good news is the ratio of around 2.3 is well above the average farm in deal of 1.6 for a farm in over the last year. Maybe EG will deliver the reward we have all hoped for. The worry is that both eog and Antler need to raise money, less of a problem I feel for eog but I think it’s more problematic for antler unless they tap a wealthy private investor.

Can’t believe that this is actually down at present on yesterday’s price. A 95% carry with ourselves effectively as operators partnered with a major from a power hungry economy that doesn’t have to worry about a green lobby. Time for the market to wake up

Hopefully a half penny rise today. Maybe another half penny over the next few weeks. Possibly another penny with drill date announcement and run up. It would have been much more of a big bang event with an American major but when the hard nosed accountants get their calculations out, people will see how much value there is in EOG. Just topped up at what I hope will be a bargain price.

I’d be interested see how people are reading this part of the agreement. Does it effectively mean EOG will be paying up to approximately 1.2 million dollars in interest until the Chinese recover their drill costs?? Good to see it will be cancelled if drill fails

Delighted it’s signed and very pleased it looks like being drilled in the short term. Slightly disappointed that no back costs and we still need to fund up to 5% which looks like dilution unless WH has a cunning plan. I guess we’ll learn more this afternoon. Let’s see how much the market likes the deal. Getting into bed with China was not my first preference but beggars can’t be choosers

I don’t think that they can hold back announcements to coincide the AGM however maybe the major has told them that they will sign as soon as government approval of the extension is approved formally.

Point taken however I’m sure that in real life he who pays the piper calls the tune. If a major is about to stump up many millions to give us a free carry it will ultimately be their technical team that decides about the location and the logistics. It might be nice that WH points them in the right direction but given our serenity showing you couldn’t blame them for wanting to double check everything.

I remain hopeful but my patience is worn out.

To be honest WH could have managed expectations much better. A few weeks back he was posting pictures from EG with oil and gas infrastructure in the background. Once again I got sucked in believing that he was out there to sign the deal. I don’t think that I was being unreasonable given that he had said he was initially hoping for the first quarter this year if my memory serves me. Now it seems likely to be the first quarter next year. I can’t believe anyone would think it acceptable to hand out bonuses before the deal has been signed, sealed and delivered. If they fail to get this deal over the line then the whole board needs to go.

I’m getting tired of constantly losing money on this share. I haven’t posted before but I obviously invested far too early. On paper this seems a racing certainty to achieve success. The world is full of plastic waste. Landfill charges in many developed countries have increased greatly. Our pilot plant has shown what our engineers are capable of .

There is obviously some disconnect between supply and demand. Undoubtedly the hydrogen economy is coming but unfortunately PHE won’t be around to see it unless the board can get their act together and start selling plants to companies/ councils etc

I’m not sure what some posters obsession is with the White family. Surely if the company were selling products it would be in their interest to see the share price rise rather than constantly selling into a depressed market
