Today is the beginning of something massive.

That’s a low ball price for the options, usually they are set at a premium to the share price to be considered ‘incentives’, more like ‘gifts’. Atleast they are not free share awards, but still it’s a bit cheeky imo.

Never seen so many buys at the same price without an upwards move. There must be a big seller in the background? Hopefully that will clear soon and this can push on.

Any news on any of the assets would be huge.

Due to the tax changes this has gone from one of the best under-priced shares too close to uninvestable. UKGOV PLC happy to hammer away for years at oil companies making 'supermassive profilts' apparently because gas price spiked for 6 months.

It may well be that removal of the facility was the last hurdle to secure the financing.

The last raise was at a 13% discount. Funding for drilling with finance deals in place would expect to be at a premium.

I think that the fund raise and the asset backed financing will be conditional on each other and therefore announced at the same time. In which case we can expect a fund at a premium to the current share price.

Neither the bank loan nor the fundraising will come without asset level financing. Which makes me believe that the fund-raise will not be at a discount. Any announcement would see a huge surge,

For the short termers:

Drill a further well, in the east of the Anchois field and conduct a gas flow test in 2024, with rig contract negotiations advanced. Multi-objective well:

§ Evaluate undrilled low-risk deeper sands, to potentially materially increase the resource base for a development above 1 Tcf

Energean didn’t nckuee in their update:

“· Following completion of the Anchois well, Energean will have the right to acquire a further 10% of Chariot's equity in the Lixus licence for:

US$850 million gross development carry to first gas (including the US$85m gross carry)”

Big buys now.. was it a bear trap to trigger some stops and pick up some shares. Very strange. Been sat here quietly for a long long time. Thought today would be huge.
