IMO the legal team of a large oil company will have a ‘template’ farm out agreement. Stick in 88e, % and $$$ in the blanks. 88e representatives go through it with a fine tooth-comb. The authorities will also want to look at it to ensure future field completion costs are covered.

It’s certainly going to be the most interesting rns we have seen, perhaps since IW1 results. Should provide plenty of discussion points. Feels like the board is stuck in stasis at the moment. All we can do is speculate, which can be entertaining at times.

Volume and price moving up

20-25 container sized units on site at Broadford Bridge for the whole site operations. Is HH and empty site? - there is already similar levels of kit at HH. Prep works have already been completed. It seems now that the rig is the next bit of equipment to arrive, and the basic unit could come in on a single truck over the weekend. Obviously the required equipment for the drill will arrive after this, but we only need one rig unit to say 'the rig has arrived'.

Wev have planning permission for :

The retention of the existing exploratory well site and vehicular access onto Horse Hill;
The appraisal and further flow testing of the existing borehole, Horse Hill-1 (HH-1) for hydrocarbons, including the drilling of a (deviated) sidetrack well and flow testing for hydrocarbons;
Installation of a second well cellar and drilling of a second (deviated) borehole, Horse Hill-2 (HH-2) and flow testing for hydrocarbons;
Site preparation including erection of security fencing on an extended site area, modifications to the internal access track, installation of plant, cabins and equipment

The Environment Agency (EA) has granted the necessary permits to enable HHDL to carry out extended flow tests at HH-1, store any produced oil, drill and test both a sidetrack from the existing HH-1 well and new borehole HH-2

We have a pending (September) application for :
4 new production wells,
six surface pumps (one for each producing well)
A new process and storage area with capacity for 9,100 bls
4 Gas to power electricity generators (see new separator on site)

Armstrong took 1 month from application to confirmation. Repsol took 2 weeks. We dont know how complex our application is but its a big area with many leases, possibly with different arrangements?... I dont know. If it is a straight % swap over the whole area then it seems 2 weeks is reasonable turnaround from date of application. Was the application made on, before or after 26 June 2019? Has it been submitted yet? Would be good to know. Whats certain is it could come in any day now.

Maybe Brocal, but if its ever got a chance to sustain a rise I think today is the day - I'm not saying the rig will definitely turn up at some point in the next 3 days but then again, it wouldn't be a huge surprise if it did.

The change of working interest via the State of Alaska Division of Oil and Gas (DOG) is a different matter - its a monster - DOG may well be going back to the parties to ask for clarity. My speculation is that this is the hold up .

I reckon the turn around on the drill will be super speedy. Thanks to the eyes we know a lot of prep work has already been done. This keeps the costs down and reduces the window of disruption by any potential protesters.

Seeing all the new equipment arrive and the site reorganisation it all feels like a solid professional operation being undertaken, despite - or maybe supported by - the lack of operational updates.

Free-money - tanker went in earlier. Could be storage tanks being emptied but. .. as the crane has left the site assume the separator was dropped into place and 'just' needs plumbing in. Anyone with industry knowledge know how long this would take? Could we already be flowing after a days break?

Speculation - We know there is no water and small amounts of over-pressure gas could be flared., so we will be producing gas...? Would we in theory need additional permits to send gas to the grid?

What are the changes of another £100k+ trade going through after 16:29pm?
