The big question is, if the financers want to delay pending the outcome of the current conflict/talks etc. will the Ministry extend the license? This is something we should find out now rather than waiting until late December and hearing about it in the Ethopian press.
The big buyers are waiting for the deal to be signed. The prize is > SP > £1 so they would be happy to get in at 50p/60p. I dont critise those that wait for this to be derisked (as long as they dont mindlessly deramp) but following Suzy's interviews I'm very happy accumilating at these levels.
I believe in this company's assets and I hope there isnt another pump and sell-off, its so damaging. This should grow to the tens of millions in value as the asset base develops.
Looking good for another steady rise here. Happy to see this in a daily basis. For the desperate deramper that want to get in at a lower price- it’s still a bargain at these levels! You are fighting the tide here. Suzy stated there won’t be a placing for working capital because it’s not needed. There might be a cash raise for a platform or if something comes up that can’t be refused but she would engage with shareholders first.
Wry strong buying and yet now moving up. Must be a seller in the background, maybe some delayed trades will pop up later. In the meantime good to see £50k and 50k buys still going through. I see this at 42p very soon.
This share needs a shock with a metaphorical defribulator.
I wonder if we should have sold out stakes in TSR and/or TSD rather than raise funds. I thought that answering the cash question would clear they way for a solid rise but nothing has materialised. To be fair the over subscribed placing wasnt discounted so it seemed a no brainer.. and yet...
We've got our private ownership projects, Joint ventures with large partners, Bibemi, Senala and now Cameroon progressing nicely, slow cash burn. Cameroon will be huge. Any yet..... I just dont know what the problem is? Is the market struggling to put any value on anything other than Senala? Is it that there is just no appetite for the speculative exploration end and its all flowing to the production and near term production companies? Very little activity here but a few tiny trades move the shares almost to double digit % in a day. We all know things could turn around quickly.. still hoping.

The terms of the bonus is that the financing is complete this year. Then the bonus wont be paid until the SP hits 3p for 5 consecutive days, I dont think the 3p needs to be hit this year, it is just the condition for the bonus to be paid. SO if the financing is done this year and 3p hit December next year he may still get his bonus, as far as I can tell atleast.
We've got a mega deal very close to signing and plenty more in the pipeline. This is exactly the kind of senario that PIs can get in before the big investors. We know that VAL will be sat infront of institutions as soon as the deal is signed. Suzy said that Due DIligence may take 2 weeks - thats 16th November - they've already done 9 months of work on this before signing the LOI, Suzy doesnt think it will take long to berify the final stage.
Nice to see a bit of engagement with shareholders. No doubt there will be plenty of Qs about the kids lacing leaks. I will be more interested in what is released between now and then.
Glad for the late buys! I didn’t see any large selling or buying today which is a bit surprising but all good. Once it’s clear that we can hold at these levels sellers won’t be so keen to get out and buyers will pile in . Plenty of people are watching this, waiting for the right price. I don’t think it will go much lower. Such a solid cash position and most expenditure in the last 6 months have been one offs to improve the business, including digital improvements to facilitate growth when the market firms up a bit. Management have restated 20% annual growth expectations with a lower cost base moving forward.
Just needs a solid move up to convince people it’s not going to just keep falling. Held around here for a while do we may have a bear trap followed by rise but who the hell knows? Maybe Zak will tell us? I thought I was lucky to get in at 0.4p and can see why people bought in at higher. It’s a compelling set of assets, good management, slow cash burn. All good, apart from the share price!!!

Same here. Hopefully today’s positive move indicates a change of direction. I was fully e or ting it to bounce off 15.5p if it ever got there. Now we need to break 18.2p then 20.5p then we have a nice clear run upwards. Bad news must be surely behind us now, with plenty being priced in at these levels. GLA
