Bridging finance is just a loan until the project financing comes in. Nothing to do with share price or dilution. As long as we have sufficent share captial to cover it then term shouldnt be too prohibitive.

One thing is certain, this is currently priced for TK failure. The current mcap doesnt even cover the potential in Saudi, let alone a near term gold production on the cusp (?) of financing. Risk/reward as ever but if everything was rosey you wouldnt have a hope of getting in at these prices. We were way over 2p not too long ago. IF bridging comes in AND and nice Saudi update AND TK financing pre end Jan 2022 AND news on the Saudi gold license then this should be in the 3p range at the very least.

Finances will certainly be tight at the moment, with preparation activity at the site and contractors to be paid. There is only so long Harry can hold out for completion of financing.

I suspect Harry will have a few things in mind. The first is the possibility of addiontal bridging finance, which he has laready stated is the preffered option. Local banks, familiar with the security situtation and possibly the project should be forthcoing. There is also the upcoming Saudi resource upgrade which Harry will want to share pre any placing, if it comes to that.

Feel like the momentum is begining to gather behind us now, may be a few blue days ahead.

Pressure seems to be on the buying side but price not moving up.

The EG need to secure the areas around Tigray and not get bogged down in hurries warfare in the Tigray home region as they did before. Let the humanitarian convoys in and negotiate peace from a position of strength. Once the local financiers are happy that the gov is secure then the project can move forward, pens hovering over the signature line.

I guess value will out eventually here? Double projects NPV in one year is good news as is the satalite targets once TK comes online. Upgrade of Saudi also to come this month. Surely £18m mcap is too low?

Frustrated about price short term? The mcap is £88m? You must mean very short term. I3E is producing 10x the oil and is valued at £128m (I'm invested in neither)

What do you mean LL. armrest you saying small cos with an asset/license/patent are worthless until they produce something? Don’t think AIM is for you mate. Go for Rio Tinto, they produce tons of the good stuff. Meanwhile small exploration companies on the cusp (hopefully) of development is where I think the value it.

What we can hope for in the next few months:

Hawiah increase tonnage & grade and resource classification upgrade (Dec?)
Tulu Kapi launch (End Jan 2022)
Clarification of mining license tenure at Jibal Qutman gold project (Q1 2022)

If we get an update with a small placing and some tangible developments with the financing then we might see a good rise here.

Saudi is providing a level of support to the share price, or at least the perception of value, and KEFI will most likely always be there in one form or another....

Sounds good. Once we get to that point I wouldnt anticipate cash raising to be an issue, certainly if its post rewards launch. I cant see a cash raise in those circumstances to negetively impact the share price as goolang suggested.
