RE: Positive TK mine news needed13 Dec 2021 18:11
Not really Harry's fault that the original investors pulled out, then Covid hit, then kidnapped employees and civil war. The difficulties on the ground are the reason why a tiddler like KEFI have the opportunity to get a £300m mine up and running rather than some larger, risk adverse miner. It has taken long time and Harry has been paid WAY too much over the years with little to show for it but much out of our hands. Ethiopia has been through a huge change and now hopefully will be in a position to heal and growth, with KEFI being a small part of that. We are at the same price now as when the civil war hotted up and the project pushed back, not yet reflecting the improving conditions and increasing likelihood of finance signoff in the near term.
