best efforts private placement (the "Marketed Offering") for aggregate gross proceeds of up to C$5,000,000 from the sale of up to 29,411,764 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of C$0.17 per Unit (the "Offering Price").

Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (each, a "Unit Share") and one half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant shall entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company (each, a "Warrant Share") at a price of C$0.25 at any time on or before that date which is 24 months after the Closing Date (as herein defined).

The Agent will have an option, exercisable in full or in part, up to 48 hours prior to the Closing Date, to sell up to an additional 5,882,353 Units at the Offering Price for up to an additional C$1,000,000 in gross proceeds (the "Agent's Option", and together with the Marketed Offering, the "Offering").

We have had two very strong days in the junior sector, I have a basket of 20 canadian listed juniors and all are up big in the last two days apart from my largest holding which of course is OMI. I find it odd that the market give absolutely no value to the fact that the SE is now open, having stepped out with PEP27 and found a very respectable 70m@2gt from surface. I continue to add on dips and I regard this 10p area as a dip.

Ask at 10p is still fake. They won't sell a single share at 10p. F them, I bought two tranches at 10.2.

MMs are f'ing around. They wont accept my order so I put a limit in to buy at 10p and none of that got filled. They are liars the MMs and the brokers. Quote price at 10p but limit order at 10p just sits there.

I like the new figure 1 that shows Anza "just down the road from Buritica". Any new investors will find that Buritica was sold for $1b when gold was $1000 an ounce and then realise the potential for OMI.

Nice tick up towards the end in Canada for a 5% gain. The dip from 15p to 10p looks done now with the very brief dip under 10p the other day creating a nice daily rejection wick. Based purely on technicals I am glad I added yesterday. At this stage I am assuming the step out drilling to the West of Pepas 1 was poor. I think the recent dip is the market pricing that in tbh. Looking forward to news from Pepas 2.

Are you serious Ben? They have a landpackage of 1km2 and gold findings of 0.4-0.6g/t. That is going to be a massive CAPEX to extract. They only own 20% interest and no operational control. NEXT.

"rejigging of cost models" that is an understatement and a half!! You could mine this for $1,000, a few shovels, shifting machine, bobs yer uncle. $2000 per ounce profit x 250,000oz.

I am excited for El Pantano now for the first time. 570km2 is huge and they have found something there worthy of drilling according the webinar. The market is not pricing it in at all. Ok, fair enough, it is a speculation but that is why one invests in juniors. I like to buy when there is upside potential that the market is not pricing in.

Junior miners got hit hard today with only a small pullback in gold. My Canadian watchlist was a sea of red. However, Collective reported two world class holes and ended up nearly 10% while Orosur finished in the green. That is an amazing result in a sea of red.
