Lets hope we all have a very prosperous new year. Across my 4 trading accounts I now seem to have accumulated 169,156 shares so £5 a pop would be nice!! Certainly don't intend offloading any until after FY18 results out and YUME deal clear. Hopefully everyone can get ahead of their average buy in over the next 12 months. After 3 pretty turbulent years long termers deserve it.

Well after a dodgy uncrossing trade at the end I'm now just above my average of £2.78474. Almost certain to now retrace!

Yes, I wrongly assumed you were on about the bridging loan as I thought no clown would imagine a normal credit facility would prevent a business from paying dividends or making acquisitions. Apologies for that.

Stt, I'm not sure your facts are facts or at least that your conclusions from the facts are sound. It doesn't say they can't pay dividends or make acquisitions, just that there are potential restrictions as Bmac states. I doubt they could pay a $10 per share divi and take on debt to do so but normal business practice is highliy unlikely to be restricted whatsoever. My business has a substantial revolving credit facility yet manages to buy & sell businesses and pay hefty dividends to shareholders. Any bank lending any money to any business will have conditions attached. Why don't you go through the list of business risks in the F4 there must be plenty of fodder there for you to explore

stt, no need to keep recycling this rubbish. I don't think anyone was expecting a dividend in April, not even the most optimistic poster, may be at the end of FY19. Equally I don't think anyone was expecting another acquisition while YUME is still in play. The bridging finance will be repaid by June and then there will be no restrictions on future actions.

oldtimer, but you were right to sell out at around 370p at the time of the consolidation. Whilst it doesn't seem you will get your £2 are you not tempted to get back in now?

Agree rusty, if there was a queue of alternative buyers they would have entered the fray already. No need to renegotiate terms.

Biffa, yes, still on board. Few extra shares bought sub 230. Below my average price at the moment, average around 280, but fundamentals progressing, won't trade anything until Yume deal concluded and FY 18 figures known. Valuation way too cheap if they deliver this year let alone post Yume. This time next year....

Stt, I'm not sure why but you seem to have missed out the bit from Whitman Howard that reads "We think the valuation is simply too cheap.... We retain our 770p price target and Buy rating."

Rusty, hopefully Monday will be good news! Outlook most important from my perspective, then update on Yume, then cash forecast. I can only imagine they have been waiting to publish H1 results before releasing the fabled F4 as H1 will be positive from a story to Yume shareholders perspective. If the outlook for H2 reaffirms the year end profit and cash concensus it will be really positive.

Bmac, I'm amazed you beat Stt to it on anything related to ads.txt! Perhaps his latest search on gloomgle hasn't updated yet with the report. Of course I suspect there is a link somewhere saying ads.txt is old hat and prats.txt is the future

Stt, who says they would have to pay the $25m straight back? Assuming it's a credit facility they can draw down against it as they wish. They just would run with some debt rather than raise other money. As someone else said they haven't bought a car with a loan secured against a particular asset, it's a general loan facility. They won't raise other money.

Eddie, I've only added a few around 2.50, 2.60 and 2.80 totalling 8,000 shares. Doubt I'll add any more this side of Christmas
