ASX closed at 9c what else? So only down £500 overnight instead of a grand.
I am not a believer in MM manipulating share prices. It is far more likely that supply and demand determines the prices naturally.
But with so few trades this stock is easy to read - it was manipulated last night ok! Sentiment is not being allowed to build!
I see no reason an 8.7c to 9c spread needed to rise to 9.5c on 3 x 9c buys! Except to produce sells out of 2 of the buys!

BTS, I think yours is a good approach. I was doing just that at SXX and missed their RNS until I looked at my Fram purchase of a grand @ 8p (Fram was a poster who predicted 8p when the price was miles higher) and not long after if reached 8p , he passed away! He is fondly remembered but many true LTHs. My IG commemorative grand was showing a drop from a happy £400 quid up to £400 down but the sp was unaltered?
Went onto the SXX board to see the price was down from 11p to 2p and comments suggested dealing had be suspended!
Quite a shock - 66kv I think!
Then I saw the RNS , stage 2 financing planned to be a qualifying $500M Bond, followed by JPMorgan support of $2.5Bn was off because we could not achieve the Bond sale in the current climate. And a previous $400M Bond sale was going to be cancelled and monies refunded! Voltage moved to 132kv!

TLOU are now the only iron that is currently looking warm in my forge.

Ig are showing TOU as 8.7c - 9c on the ticket which makes sense after 3 piddly trades which had to be buys. I am frightened to look at my X-O account - my main account - it must look as if all the recent hurricanes have hit it.

I keep telling myself TLOU has concluded all the foreplay and got down to the serious business of gas production as late as spring of 2019! No time at all , it is not even winter yet!
The gas is flowing and the indications are that everything is on course to reach commercial flows. TG is not ramping and talks about 1Mw being a success if that is all Lesedi can support without added support. But also say more than 2Mw is feasible.

As you say, we need the announcement that wells #3 and #4 are up to expected flows and then I'll be moaning that a trade at 18c was really a buy not a sell! 18c is 9.9p at todays fx rate.
If two wells are not enough we'll need furter pods to be upgraded , we won't be dead , but it is going to taketime getting the drill in place. That is what convinces me Lesedi is nailed on as it stands. Why move the drill to Mamba if there is a genuine concern that 2 wells are not enough? TG knows the business it is not his first attempt at mining gas. So why am I worried?

Last night Tlou open 8.7c - 8.9c which was 4.7p restoring the price across exchanges.
There three trades at 9c which strike me as certauin buys!
But advfn upped the spread to 8.7c - 9.5c after the first buy and recorded the second two as sells!
My IG account dropped a grand @ 8.7c in theory - surely the spread wasn't as they portrayed it?
If the ask rose to 9.5c . why? , then the sell should have risen to 9c .... it is no wonder people are scared to put their new money in here. Then they would have recorded 3 buys!, encouraging support!
It stinks!

For sure he is an expert PAAA, and yes a bit of trumpet blowing. No doubt about that.
But as lead advisor in the Fortescue raise they were still rummaging about looking for favourable credit rati gs to within hours of the bonds being issued. Hardly a (pardon the pun) ringing endorsement of Fraser himself. Though he did indeed ring the bell.
That evidence has been available for all to see for a long time now. But then, has he not lived up to the fanfare with the largest ever raise on AIM?
World class strikers don’t score every game. He’s had a couple of misses in this match regarding stage 2. Is he stepping up in the penalty shoot out?
Bagging it in the top left corner I reckon. But it’ll be nail biting.

.....due diligence.......sales agreements and earlier procurement will have been and will be gone over with a fine tooth comb to identify potential loopholes flaws etc and such highlighted items will need further explanation, reassurance and at times amendment........it all takes time.......and the more parties involved the harder the process.......

........then the structure of the lending process needs to be agreed and built.....and all with contingency arrangements in place......sometimes moving or adjusting one piece has a knock on effect in other areas and parallel adjustments need to be made.......

.......we know the process is well underway, it may bog down and continue to do so.......but just as easily and quickly the hurdles can be overcome and big steps taken forward.....

......the more scrutiny, the more understanding, the better the reassurance.......and as a result hopefully a credit rating that fairly reflects both the risks and potential for each phase of the lending going forward and garners the required support.....?

The FMG bonds all came down to the credit rating. This required direct intervention by Twiggy and his telephone call to a very wealthy (unnamed) friend for financial support.
I guess we may never know how close SXX will be to securing stage 2 bonds until after the event. One way or other!

ADVFN have LSE beaten all ends up on their design. They number their posts , start you off where you were last time, and have various methods to fast foward!
I usually skip to 'recent posts' which says something about the quality of the posts over there.

I think IG's minimum trade is £60 .... quite a cheap boast.

Went to Wimborne v Weston today , and the ref went off injured!
One linesman took the whistle and the stewards went around the crowd of 293 spectators asking for a volunteer to run the line! They turned down all the smackheads with their white satchets and I quipped they'd have more success requesting a mobility scooter for the ref so he could do it! I feel quite young at our matches!

Wimborne were good value for their win but at 1-1 going into 3 minutes of added time it looked unlikely!
Poole Pirates ruined the day for me - having turned a 12 point deficit into a 10 point win on Thursday, they had 3 riders out of 7 who were injured or their bike was sick! Ipswich went into the final with one race of the 15 to spare - the first 10 races were all 5-1 or 1-5 scores ..... commentator thought was unheard of! 3-3 and 4-2 is far more common in league matches!

In the first half a dozen races if both Poole rider's bikes kept running, they were first and second for a 5-1, othersise the surving rider was last for 1pt with only 3 finishers. It was very exasperating. Rain is bucketing down - after 10 races the speedway result would have been accepted if the meeting was abandoned! Poole would have won. It did rain on their parade but too late to make conditions unraceable.

I have wasted 3 hours trying to make sense of LSE.

C.f made things pretty clear which way they're heading in the call. Strategic partner will be first whilst adjusting things we can realistically scale back on with the build....drive 2 being one of them ( how much a tbm cost? There's one pretty hefty saving ) I think our strategic partners cost or buy in ( which diluted us however which way you look at it ) need only get the project past the more riskier aspects of the build which will get us to better credit rating waters for a then combined access to a further credit facility.

Staying away is a good idea whilst this board is infested with parasite traders. Despise how they think bombarding this board with dribble makes the share price go up and down?

Keep the faith ffc, Coolio - I'll see you when we get there, if we ever get there.....

Could I find it? My program said page 112 but it wasn't there!
I used profile for Mr dt and it is on page 2 date 9:58 20th Sept.
Jumped about and found it on page28!

It is obvious now what it is , but it has taken a huge amount of time, experimenting with my code thinking I must be passing a link which is truncated or summat!

My viewer is set to 100 posts per page! My downloads must default to 25 per page! 4 x 28 = 112

bp, if faced with investing in a nasty company or a nice company to help your financial future, isn't it good to go with the one that cares? Of course none of us invested here to lose money! But making a profit wasn't the be all and end all until Sept 17th when it looked inevitable we were in for huge losses!

I cannot help thinking what JPM are planning to do with their portion of 2.5Bn funding? Perhaps they ruthlessly planned to offset the lot whilst raking in commission?
I also think back to when I could have ejected with limited losses or a profit.
The only time I considered it was after a post on here! Can't remember who but somebody said our credit rating was not even top of the B range! That alarmed me until I took Poppy out for a walk .... so the dog is in the dog house.
If Chris can find an alternative to the alternatives we have undergone (nearly) it will all be down to Poppy :O)

Just read NOeasy post and it occurred to me that Remainers think Sirius will get out of the bog, whilst Brexiters KNOW the sp is going to whatever random number they dream up!

Well, KNOWING the outcome of a sp must be the most certain way to lose money - they have been there and done it I reckon!

In the early days it did look fairly straight-forward to be hopeful, but every knock back was followed by a more sophisticated plan imho. So not only did we lose tears, appropriately a typo , I meant, years but it was followed by a bigger time scale and more costs. I haven't added many for several years because I hate giving the govt stamp duty but after I opened my IG account and the price was 8p exactly, I did spend a grand to commemorate Fram's prediction years ago! I was 40% up until Sept 17th and now it is 63% down .... I wonder what Fram would have made of it now? 0.8p perhaps?

The leaves are falling off but let's hope the roots are still intact, eh?
As ever, it all comes down to whether you believe the main spokesman in a company.

I'd already posted it was raining on my house and the matched was rained off on Monday! This was the semi-final first leg for British championship!

CF you need to employ the Pirates manager Neil Middleditch or follow his lead!
Prophetically, the rains came before the first race!
Poole riders had their bikes set up for a dry track, I guess Ipswich came with neutral setups!
The slick track suited the Witches and I was thinking of SELLing up (watching something else) after 8 races of 15 Poole trailed 18-30 - a huge margin in speedway!
Neil got the team into a huddle and it was incredible from there on!
I was so glad I HELD - Pirates immediately started winning races 1st and 2nd in 6 of the remaining 7 races! 3RD and 4th in the other to win 50-40!

They have beaten the Witches 5 out 5 times this season - 2nd leg away to get to the final on Saturday!

Our share is less than 4p after 8 races, 7 races coming today , can the sp be turned in the same way?

At 18-30 they only needed to complete 2 races for the result to stand after being rained off! We had 5-1 in all of the last 5 races so talk about coming back from the brink. I hope CF can have a huddle with the right people very soon!

JTD I don't think anybody has paid more than 17p for shares, so virtually everyone is going to be in the black if the price reaches 15p should gas flows be announced as commercial. Double or treble todays price seems likely to me!

If they are not, we'll continue suffering losses but the situation will be grim!
Dilution of 450M shares to fund a few years of exploring Mamba and extending Lesedi for sure.
In 5 years we'll be dust or an established electricity generator imho but I could be dust by then!
Or Donk could be right and we'll be delivering gas from the humps of camels instead of the regional electricity grid :O)

If TG creates a 1bN company from 450M shares the price should be over £2 so 17p is not a silly target imho.
