I have the distinct impression that workers at ICL/Boulby , who had conceivably anticipated working for Sirius once it was operational, and were frightened for their livelihood at ICL, suddenly saw there was a chance for a future at ICL after all and used the opportunity to put a subtle boot into Sirius amidst my posts from our own get-rich quick intestinal parasites (love that!).
Unfortunately, since then, a load of rabble rousers escalated those fairly reasonable posts with total twaddle.

CF imho has encouraged us to put our faith in him to overcome hurdles , but now he is in a steeplechase with the Chair and the waterjump ahead! They only need clearing once and he has got over the waterjump (planning) before , so the highest fence on the course is his major challenge (ST2). He has had one refusal and but is approaching the Chair again .... is he on Red Rum is the $64m question?

I think we are being conned because 6 of 14 trades were over 4.7p and were classed as sells because some charlies had the offer price at 4.9p! Then there was a 4.6p clear sell, followed by 7 x 4.7p or less buys because they reduced the offer to 4.7p to 4.8p where it always was imho! The rise from 4.8p to 4.9p on Monday was totally unjustifiable!

So the highest prices paid were sells and the lowest prices paid we buys???? Yeah!
We are not being allowed to look like a good proposition!
120k shares at 4.75 was show but later n as a sell instead of a buy , and later the same day 10k @ 4.69 was shown as a buy - just by manipulating the offer price. So we are supposed to believe there were 344k sells and only 89k buys!

Steady rise in price was not the sp Whizzer - it is electricity prices in Southern Africa!
Why commit to today's price if it will be more in future?

BTS, I cannot deny Tony said gas flows would be known by now, but he has explained the unexpected volumes of water that the industry consistently say is good news albeit that they delay the advance of finding (probably higher) peak rates in the short,medium or long term.
Tony has been guarded (almost silent) since saying flows were expected within a couple of months but you can be certain that was the advice he was given by experts who never expected the amount of water either.

I think the dude reference was aimed at me , but that is just water under bridge , will gas follow :O) , follow not flow !

The RFP started Jan 2017 and took 2 pops for bid submission. Preferred Bidder announced late May 2019, over 2years later. But is only Preferred Bidder and, as clarified by Govt announcement, the tender is STILL UNDERGOING PROCUREMENT. bumf

So tell me this - does this fill you with confidence that the supportive Govt with the massive power shortage are geared up, and committed to fast tracking CBM pilot projects.

It is a slow moving cluster fcuk of a project that Tlou management (and I assume Sekaname mgmt as well) are largely incapable of influencing. It is Botswana; bumf

TLlou have intimated that the transmission lines will be funded independently.
It occurs to me that the lines are not really part of the TLOU operation? We won't own the network beyond Serowe (extending into several other countries) so why own the first beyond our site?

If I was in charge I think I'd be looking to an outsider to build and own the stretch to Serowe out of their own pockets.
Tlou could then rent the that bit if our customers don't have to pay instead?

Who pays or owns the network across Southern Africa? If it is one company, they'd be the obvious candidates?
Higher spec lines would make sense to cater for Sekaname at some stage if a partial sharing of a line is practical?
Some stage might be a long way off! But higher spec lines would be a wonderful vote of confidence in Tlou.

Tlou may well be looking at a scheme like this, keeping it independent of the power generation is fitting.
Capex would be minimal or maybe nothing? Off the see who owns the pylons and who pays for them.

Hi Chuk, (this will pee Donk off well and truly!) we are on course with TG's predictions imho, so as long as there is enough gas for 1Mw, we'll be ok. TG's timings were too optimistic but that will be perfect if a very imprecise operation is late because we end up with more water and gas than expected. The sp is immaterial until we know the actual flows if you are already holding!
We won't be making any profit even if the project effectively goes live with a generator because we are going the subsidise the cost of the next generator with any income and keep repeating that! The hope is that financing will be de-risked at every step and the cost of funding will reduce as a consequence! If we can avoid dilution by self-funding and debt our share price simply must appreciate as will the eventual dividends with fewer shares. I worry this is all so logical and so few people can see it?

DTS, I only look at IG tbh - just checked my x-o account at my nominee account average cost is 9p and my ISA 8p from 2016.
My brokers have close to equal numbers so I am quite a bit down in total (£15k and £2k) - we won't agree on share price but if rates are ok I'll be disappointed if the sp does not double or your 100%. I bought in at 8p which quickly rose to 10p in 2016 - in a couple of weeks we are going to be in a much better position imho.

It will be disaster (what the manager shouted when the girl walked backwards into a bacon slicer?) if the flow rates have diminished from the first announcement , more delays if the increase is less than 100% up , and happy days if more than 100%.
Imho, the sp is totally dependent on the gas flow - so the curves on their respective charts will be exactly the same?
