The programme was focused on Neil Woodford, with a side story on Mark Denning at Capital.
Fund managers are obliged to keep 90% of their funds fluid but Woodford changed his philosphy from honouring that with Capital, when me branched out on his own. He opted for Hi-Tech start ups whose shares were tricky to sell despite their being worth loads on paper, inflated values allegedly.
He had £10bn in his fund - he could have afforded to back us instead. I haven't a clue whether the rules permitted that mind, but neither was his investments in AI etc!

I have little doubt #3 and #4 are fully expected to provide gas for the first generator, and that is the priority - the first Ford off a non-existent production line.

Once proven - it is then all systems go from both BG and TLOU.

BTS, TG could be perfectly happy. He is of course in a better position than us to assess the eventual outcome of the pilot well.

If he keeps mum , he is criticised , and if he gives us factual statements, the details are doubted in the most moronic ways.

How many times does TLOU have to tell thickos that the gas flows are satisfactory but they need to be commercial for the BG to negotiate tariffs and volumes for the most obvious reasons.
Yet people still expect a PPA based on these unknowns and claim subterfuge by both parties because there isn't one after how many billion years? Mid 2019 onwards are all that matters to either part - and both expect a postive outcome, but when is a guess.

I believe there were 3 buys on ASX last night , despite them being regarded as 2 sells and one buy.
Two of the trades were within seconds for the same number of shares for a nett loss? Nah one was at 8.8c and the other was at 8.9c in a losing sequence. Both were buys I'll bet.

And the first 2 trades here look to be buys at 4.57p , promising trend after the AGM.

Harry Gration btw often reads the Sirius News on the BBC coverage.
I reckon he wanted Hamilton so that someone in his family will see his Sirius shares get back to 15p. To think, we spent so much time discussing how to get them at that price?

Alas, BTS has been proved correct. Nothing announced about the the precise gas flows.
Hot Copper has several reports but they are all the same generic statements from end of year in June.

So we await an RNS telling us what the current flows are.
Disappointing!

Agreed Chukkers, I think TLOU could just be playing the good news/bad news card!
The bad news (up to Sept 30th) gives us the historic status quo , setting us up for a pleasant surprise for the current status quo. And, thinking about it, the quarter ended on the 30th, so current rates are outside the RNS remit.

My optimistic hat tells me they could have detracted from tomorrow's news by given us the rates as known on the 30th (hopefully well up on 20 mcfd).

I am fairly sure some senior people read these pages - they must find these posts annoying or entertaining as we make all sorts of assumptions about what they are doing or not.

Landie, my father-in-law was born in Potchefstroom, makes a change from the bedroom I guess, and nick-named my late wife Snooky, which we understood to mean "little deer" or "little dear" , never saw it written down. He had died (48) before I met his daughter but worked at Bletchley Hall for a while - so I might have been lucky I did not need his approval! Her mother called me a tripe hound because I reminded her of a bloke who mistreated her friend decades before I was born. Once we reached 40 years of marriage she started to like me :O)

JTD , because #4 caught up #3 having started a month behind it. It seems ages since we heard 20mcfd for both, so surely they have improved?
And taking the drill to Mamba suggest, to me at least , that Lesedi is self sufficient for that first generator, whether it turns out to be 1Mw or 2Mw.

I am perturbed by today's RNS , it points to no advance on 20 mcfd unless it is meant to be an historical record, it might?
