If he has shown how and it is sensible, I'd say it is the best business advice TG will ever get !

My only suggestion would be a renogiation of the payment holiday at a higher interest rate to compensate , and that is what TG has avoided. moagi or TG? My money is definitely on TG!

I ended up with 14p in my account(6 shares), I'll throw them into your peaky blinders cap BigSmall provided you sing Frogs's Chorus or Octopus's Garden from Golden Pond in the Channel Islands (you specialise in Sarky songs I expect).

2.16p trade also shows as a buy! Miracles do happen - the value excludes the commission paid so I did not buy wisely.

I thought my buys would lift the price.

I used fixed price at 2.185 , then entered a limit bid at 2.185 which was truncated to 2.18 and did not fill immeduately.
Then a fixed price at 2.181 followed by a cancel of limit bid, and surprisingly fixed price of 2.16

Best laid plans and all that - if it was tens of thousands not hundreds - it would have been a serious mistake.

It is a sunny day! My first two show as buys for the first time in months! Still waiting for 2.16 trade will be a sell I expect!

For those of you who wonder why I am messing about with such trivial amounts ....

Frequent trader rate is £3 , otherwise £8 , so £9 now saves £24 later!
And at the current prices I am liable for £48 Custodial fees but 3 trades in a month has meant they waved them them so far. I cannot put my options into my ISA so I have 2 accounts - IG give frequent trader discount on both accounts despite me only trading on my ISA! And , of course, custodial fees are per account so £96 a quarter savings.

I anticipated Option price being superceded by now so I wanted to buy at 8c and 4.4p options (removing them), so I can buy and ISA or do it myself , and close my trading account.

That might cause me problems IF I was advised correctly about not being able to move options into an ISA account!
Last time I could not buy the issue from my
ISA because I was working and had used my annual ISA limit - I asked them if I could buy my ISA entitlement through my trading account - and clearly they agreed.

Bought 3 x £100 at 2.185, 2.181 and 2.16 in that sequence - I'd like to thank my benefactors yet again.

Small fish - On IG you can fund you account with credit card and pay no commission if you go through Paypal (have not tried it directly). So my £300 won't need to found for a quite a few weeks ..... ignore the above if you are not disciplined enough to keep your credit card under control. I pay off my balance in full every month!

moagi, Due diligence is the key to th the end of Catch 22!

If a building site is flooded so people cannot build houses, creating a large enough drain for that water to escape before work recommences is my equivalent of due diligence. The drain in our case is Covid lockdown - we need them to ease so work resumes and TG can produce a timetable of what, when and where we are aiming!

What is solar, cbm or hydrogen
where is Mamba, Lesedi, Orapa or Serowe
Not many combination there , but having a choice imho is sodding amazing given the past few years.

MM mopanetree registered on here shortly before mrmoagi , and I recall moagi sending a condescending post greeting him, and flattering him over his username - the significance of which was beyond us posters (it is a South African tree).

Since the Kenner found VPN and got onto this board after LSE police failed to detect him, there has been a pattern of posts.

He has several issues, quck, quack!

1. Gas composition at Lesedi and KE dumping Lesedi on and an unsuspecting TG .
(I still think KE dumped a traditional coal mine, and TG bought CBM measured in trillions, the total obverse view!).

2. The cussed view that TG's 100% success in Australia does not mean he will succeed in Botswana. Plus he questions whether TG succeeded once or twice? Quite unbelievable doubt in view of the facts.

3. Insistence that a PPA is essential to progress. TG said from the start we can sell into the grid via SAAP and are not reliant upon Botswana.

On ADVFN he represnted all those as himself.
On here, very coincidentally, those views are pursued by three posters, all of whom look extremely fishy to me.
The first two call me Mr Smith but nobody else has ever done that, and the exchange about the mopane tree and the unneceassry ridiculing of whatever board that was on suggest VPN is hiding the 3 of them from LSE!

When looking for his mopane link (I think it must have been on ADVFN looking at the dates) I saw how silly I am in believing TG not wanting the funds until there is a prospect of repaying them.

That would hold until new shares are issued when the reality of the price asked would be tested.
Companies offer discounts to get quick money and the 3.5p price started this malaise. People did not consider that 3.5p was for long term holders, and they came without any options as ours did previously.

It was a fait accompli by our brokers and had no relevance imho to the share price. People treated it like an open issue where the price always follows the issue price so started selling at 3.5p or less - helped by Whizzer - they have mistakenly accepted less, clerly.

ASX had no truck with this stupidity for months - no trades and steady bid and offer. The FTSE price bargain price was bound to take its toll, and non Aussies eventually sold ASX TOU shares at Aussie prices, to buy on AIM - I considered doing it , but still have my ASX shares. Loyalty is no longer fashionable, but the Euro final has two managers there whose players seem very happy with the leadership - LLL , long live loyalty!

TG is not responsible for the low shareprice - pessimistic shareholder are!
TG expects the price to be greater than 4.4p and 8c by July next year! That decision was pre-Covid and was a certainty in my book. Our share price shoud be the highest it has ever been imho - north of 17p.

Smallbig, CF and TG are chalk and cheese.

I grant you both were mislead - CF by DAVID CAMERON on his Chinese tour and JP Morgan double cross - and ERIC MOLALE double cross (which I still think was triggered by KE) and Lefoko Moagi who was probably too optimistic given the circumstances the world finds itself in.

But the flamboyance of CF is so far removed from the frugality of TG.
Both swore they were looking after shareholders - TG unyielding - CF doing a U-turn once JP Morgan introduced their unexpected conditions for finance during a recession!

I am certain TG is 24 carat - he has nothing to gee us up with until lockdown ceases or relaxes enough for work to resume.

It seems a safe bet that it is impossible to continue with the current lockdowns forever! Before Botswana is fully innoculated they will have opened for business. Australia is being ultra cautious but must consider the damage being done to their citizens.

We have come a long way in 17 months since Wuhan , so I cannot believe it will be that long before a compromise is struck so TLOU can work in remote Lesedi without huge penalties in terms of isolation periods etc..

GG should be able to resume full scale dewatering if the previous workmen are able to commute or live at Lesedi - but we need a decision from Orapa to see if we need the drilling equipment at Lesedi or at a new Mamba facility. That might be the first breaking news if Catch 22 does not apply at Orapa! Due diligence and Orapa decision is not within our control - simples!

Achieving what?

Opportunities in CBM electricity, gas pipeline, solar energy and hydrogen production with licences granted left, right and centre. Hydrogen is most recent idea but TG appears to have ear of a CEO in the Hydrogen industry - what value do you put on that?

All 4 options are mutually beneficial and will eventually succeed ( provided Orapa stick with a gas requirement). It is obvious TG will move as fast as possible as soon as possible. What conceivable reason is there to do anything else. If you don't believe that then sell your shares to someone who does, and there are plenty of us who in the main are calmly waiting for the changes in Aus and Bots (and hoping we live long enough). It is all very obvious to to us, but most won't enter into debate with fools who don't see it!

I only persevere because I am thinking of potential investors who will read this board and all they'll see is criticism if we all keep quiet on on our support.

If we all take it in turns to express our support every time there is a negative post (a different person for each post) the long list of supporters will say a million words. And you can shut me up as a bonus?

A hellerverproblem?
I had deadly embrace problems getting 3 in-line pdp computers to stay in synch with 48 vdus and 6 printers and an online mainframe 30 odd miles away on a silly baud rate (600 from memory).

I used asts, asynchronous system traps, so each computer would issue a read to it's neighbouring machines, when that computer sent (ie wrote) it triggered an interrupt routine which passed the info on as needed. The neighbour would then go into read mode, so to get more I had to to write (send) something back!

If a write failed to execute you'd have two machines waiting for a read to complete - deadly embrace!

I set up a timer ast and added an incremental count to each write - if a machine timed out I'd reissue the last write. It was a hardware fault - the DA11 device was designed to hold the write to its partner until the partner issued a read but sometimes that did not happen.

Incredibly, the mainframe was swapped from a 1900 under George IV o/s, to a 2900 under the VMS o/s. The computer manager was on the phone, he unplugged the 1900 , plugged in the 2900 , and up came the screen "Welcome to the Dorset County Council 2900".

We were both gob-smacked (he thought someone had told me what to expect) and we carried on as if nothing had happened!
They closed down the mainframe every weekend, so the link was lost on Friday evening with us waiting for them to write, and that would reappear on Monday morning so it was not an issue.

This was fairly hi-tec in the late 1970's!

Whizzer I think you should offer your services to TG.
You can show him how to get everything done during a pandemic and lockdowns.

There is clearly deadly embrace between TLOU and potential backers. They cannot complete due diligence until we have a time-table , we cannot produce a time-table due to the pandemic restrictions and the lack of an agreement from a backer!

Deadly embrace is a computer expression for Catch-22 , it is a major major major obstruction!
