RE: Moagi gets it right - at last!11 Aug 2021 10:32
I wish you'd talked about covid rather than bots companies Whizzer.
It would have saved me reading hundreds of your posts last night.
You use the word covid very sparingly, as can be seen below.
Used mainly to ask me to ignore it's impact or using it as an excuse. I fear for our staff's well-being and so do they no doubt.
In Brisbane they don't feel safe, so what it is like in southern Africa , lord knows!
Survival is the name of the game in everything connected to TLOU (staff, shareholders and all 4 business opportunities, raw gas, cbm power, solar power and hydrogen related stuff, and at no time have I had cause to worry on any of them.
In the current climate this is to be applauded - having 14 quarters before ASX challenge our membership again (if no funding appears in the intervening period) is the work of a genius imho.
OK quite a few quarters will disappear if they pay our contractors something in advance for poles/wires but frugal TG is master of the ship , and while he is at the helm I think it is plain sailing. Covid lockdown has to be circumvented at some stage. Danny Horne's presence fills me with hope , GG is a politician more than a hands on engineer so my expectations of GG haven't been high.

Stop using covid as an excuse for lack of progress!!!!

Brad, colm said that they had sourced the long lead items in an interview along time ago, I’m sure it was from another job that didn’t happen. If I am mistaken on that fact then the company have had all of last year and half of this year to source the materials needed because they have done little else in that time, so the materials and prices should have been sorted way before the came looking for the funds IMO!
And once work starts on the poles and wires they have gg in country to manage it while restrictions continue!
Please stop using COVID as an excuse for the company’s poor performance!

You keep on using this corona virus as an excuse for the company not getting anywhere, yes it might have slowed things but make no mistake tlou were woeful way before COVID had even made an appearance. Take the flow rates for example, drilled way before we knew about COVID and can you tell me what the rates are now?
Talks have been on going so long for finance also, what are the timelines for this to be resolved? We all know this was meant to have been sorted a few months before COVID! Investors are so short of information here it’s a joke!!

For gods sake brad stop using Covid as an excuse! I was talking with a doctor friend and he said he wouldn’t be taking a vaccine if they had one because you normally have to go through about 5 years of testing before they make it avail even for people to use. So fast tracking one when you dont know the side effects it has is
