Taking of spreads, I have returned to interrup the green filters, and have discovered why my Spreadsheet is doing weird things.

On my Sudoku program I am monitoring cell changes from interrup routine
Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)

and then Step out to see how it was triggered!
I debugged several bugs using it , and am in the the throws of finishing the completing the solution!

Unfortunately some squares are wrongly reducing to BLANK which causes all sorts of grief thereafter. Sudoko fans will know blanks are taboo for a solution.

To me these two lines of code are identical, functionally!
And indeed , as expected , the same square is selected and activated with either.

BUT, "Range()" triggers the Target routine, and "Cells{}" does not!

I have learned a serious lesson there - hope it benefits someone else because it gives a method of monitoring certain areas if you use Cells as the norm!
I could have made good use of that if I'd known that from the start.

Change to RANGE and create a suitable event routine.

I could have used Cells for single rows and columns, and Range for blocks of 3 x 3 squares or vice-versa , for starters!

I usually allow my trade to end on the same day but it is not mandatory. The downside , which I'd trigger no doubt , is partially filling your order a few shares at a time over x days results in x commissions, and I hate wasting pennies whlst spending thousands of pounds!

I ran outof petrol inthe Mojave desert because I stopped at a gas station advertising fuel at a very cheap x cents! When I got to the pumps it was still very cheap but 2 cents higher! My stupid principles , meant I drove on to the next one where I'd have happily paid x+4 cents as long as it matched their board outside?

Unfortunately I did not find another one in time! Some Mexicans told me the nearest gas station was 2 miles towards Henderson and offered me a lift! Cowardly me, saidI'd try the car again , and it started , they drove off , and the car cut out! Seemed like 5 miles down the road there was nosign of any gas , so my wife, me and youngest son went into a plant nursery to check there was such a station (I had a grands worth of video back in the car) worth tuppence nowadays probably! Was berated by the owner for being in the sun without water and a hat in 100 degrees before he got his son amd wife to drive us back tothe car with a container of petrol for their equipment. They would not even allow me lift the can - the son did it for us! I gave them 10 bucks , best 10 bucks I ever tried to spend (I was getting a lot of grief from the family for not filling up earlier) , and they refused to take more than the 6 bucks they'd shelled out for it!

Lovely people , and I daresay the Mexicans were too. I did not fancy leaving the missus and boy alone in the desert or being with a group of Mexicans who could have done anything once I was in their vehicle.

The nursery woman said if she helped me then perhaps one day someone would help her and her family - what goes round come around?

I never went into Henderson to see if there was a gas station - we went to the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead along the original road. At least we never ran out of water :O)

Reading my own post again, I should have made more of TG's progress since 2003!

He made a fortune for his followers , twice , before taking up his position in Tlou during 2009 , 6 years behind Sekaname.

It took something like 5 years to produce electricity at Selemo , and in 2021 we are still using that power saving thousands of barrels of diesel previously need to supply Lesedi! I'd say that proved the potential that TLOU has.

Then , just as we were on the cusp of going into production from that development stage we found unexpected hurdles! The RFP fiasco now sorted perhaps (I'm not sure if the lack of a PPA for 10MW is related), expected excess water on a virgin site being extreme and ongoing , and then lockdown , ongoing globally, with no firm dates for their cessation.

That we are still in the ring , is amazing , thank you Tony!

We await several sources of news , progress on dewatering , increase of gas flows , the Orapa tender result , preparation of CBM power for Syn using existing resources for Hyrdrogen , Syn's response to that , poles and wires progress , news of a new PPA , the funding response to that news .....

Tlou is the place to be imho! How many companies will be reporting closures and sackings once the furlough agreements expire? For a startup to have survived the trials and tribulations that TLOU have , with no income , imo , is nothing short of astounding!

I'm developing a Sudoko program on both a mac and a windows laptop (downstairs and upstairs) and send each period of work to the other machine via an email to myself. I can then load it from either machine or, indeed, my Iphone (where it would be useless). I overwrite the file on each computer to save complications from having too many versions - but I guess Google has two files a day for each day ?

I delete the emails in the hope that the obsolete attachments are deleted from both sender and recipient - but are they? - that is the question!

Tlou are years ahead of Sekaname from the evidence available , we have had no news of all permissions granted, flares, or gas flows, far less electrical power, from Sekaname afaik!

And on funding, Tlou are in limbo waiting for up to $30M , a mere fraction of what Sekaname need.
TG has always told it "as it is" but was thwarted by Govt ineptitude on the RPF, unexpected volumes of water at Lesedi following a successful Selemo trial, and by an ongoing involuntary shutdown , no doubt in common with Sekaname, due to Covid.

Without those 3 major delays , I have little doubt we'd be supplying Serowe with CBM power, and it is possible our Hydrogen considerations may have been missed (there is often a silver lining delivered from the ashes)?

My justification - Sekaname were the pioneers of CBM in Botswana. They, together with Saber Energy spent the most $$$$ on various prospecting leases back in the day. Sekaname sold some of its leases to Saber, and Saber blew a bank vault on wells etc. And went bust and left. Tlou, via an intermediary, bought those leases and that is why they have $55m of Exploration & Evaluation intangible asset on their balance sheet.
Most of that past expenditure is actually worthless - but let's not digress just yet.
How much money do you think Sekaname has spent over the years since 2003 or so? None of us knows - but my gut tells me they been there longer, held huge acreage once upon a time, sold leases to its main competitor, and both of them are chasing the same rainbow in a market that is big enough for both of them.
So I wish them both exceptionally well - I can own shares in a Tlou coz it is listed. I cannot in a Sekaname coz it isn’t.
But the mere fact Sekaname is still there, in the game, is the local player, has said they are going for 97mw Big Bang approach, makes me prepared to listen and/or respect they have a meaningful say or presence in CBM Botswana.

Unlike you and Tong G and LSE loons - who can only read, listen and absorb the disingenuous twaddle that Tlou spew out endlessly.
