No point stressing about something you cannot control. The permit will arrive in the fullness of time. Best to switch off and focus on other areas of your lives IMHO.

It’s not a closed period as that’s to do with the time before the accounts are published. But yes, Colin will definitely have inside information on the progress of the SR so yes he would be committing a criminal offence buying shares now.

Those here saying they they want to exit at 2p must be topping up now, otherwise what’s the point. Moving targets and all that. I know I’ve taken advantage of the low SP to add a few more.

Does anyone else get a bit suspicious when they see a quick succession of round number sell trades when the price is rising?

Perhaps it would be good evidence for justified use of anti-depressants to print the one-year chart off for AST and take it along to show your GP...

So the Environemntal Agency have been considering the resubmitted application since 28 November 2018, so that’s 8 months now...

Would be interested to know how long it takes IPPC permits to be granted in other member states.

I think he’s probably not been able to buy anymore due to possession of inside information.
