I am talking technical expertise (in particular, side-track drilling/well stimulation) and whether the investment partner has good relations with the Slovenian authorities, but we also need to consider long-term incentivation - will we be giving up too much too soon?

Agreed. Lack of IPPC is the major obstacle for a takeover bid. I’m sure potential offerors have had their hands burned elsewhere on licensing issues. That said, I am curious as to the timing of the SR. Why now? Surely AST has a weak hand with no IPPC... so much we’re in the dark about here.
