Not2sure - The whole point of the IPPC Directive (let's not forget this is a piece of European legislation) is to ensure companies are not polluting the environment and their operations are scrutinised from an environmental perspective. AST has submitted its applications in accordance with the requirements of the Directive and also complied with ARSO's requests for further information so for JL to intervene in the process is wholly unreasonable. Slovenia cannot be a member of the EU without also complying with EU law.
milnrowmug - note the RNS was issued by WH Ireland not Ascent. It'll be WH Ireland paying for the RNS - although obviously I guess it filters down indirectly to AST through their fee.
Incidentally I sometimes walk past WH Ireland's office in the City on my lunchbreak. Down a side street near Cannon Street station. Should I pay them a visit? lol
