From what I understand AST haven’t done anything wrong, apart from submit an application for the IPPC permit in accordance with Slovenian law and with all amendments requested by ARSO? Why wouldn’t we therefore get the permits? For what reason? If it’s the Minister acting outside of due process, surely that’s unreasonable. If this was in the UK, it would be subject to a judicial review.
