I'm not saying we should all calmly wait 5-10 years for a return (I'm not sure I could put up with that much more moaning day in day out by certain posters to be honest).

The point is we should always reassess our expectations. Hanging on for this or any company to deliver a return next week or next month just because it looked promising in 2016/17 is pretty foolish in my opinion.

I'm also growing quite cynical where certain incessantly bearish posters are concerned. Don't hear from them for weeks or even months and then up they pop slating all and sundry. In reality they've sold their shares and want to contribute to poor sentiment that in turn has impacts on share price performance during times of low trading volumes.

They confirm that Ricca settles via CREST, which is idea.

Why then, are they not able to offer the rights issue, the fully paid shares of which should also settle via CREST?

IPOs can be a bit different but again shouldn't be that big of an issue. All HL would need to do is contact the broker leading it and arrange delivery of shares into their CREST account (in lieu of the monetary consideration).

It's a cowboy service in my view to offer to take on the in-specie distribution and nothing else.

If people are serious about holding IronRidge as an investment in the coming months then other brokers should be considered. Once you have moved you have moved, you can deal in other ASX listed securities.

I'd urge you to consider another broker for your Ricca Resources shares if HL are unable to accommodate.

ASX is a well known market in this space and it's pretty ridiculous if one of the major platforms in the UK don't have a custodian in the region.

You have to bear in mind as well how little recognition IRR have had from the London market despite announcing a promising starter resource along with some fantastic economic forecasts in the scoping study and some great follow up drill results. Oh and then there was the tie up with Piedmont funding us until production of that clean spodumene concentrate.

If you don't believe me then I'd urge you to look at some of our lithium peers listed on the ASX and how well they have done with similar or weaker fundamentals.

The grass isn't always greener over here. In fact, in IRRs case I would say it definitely isn't. AIM is full of spivs who are only interested when there's a discounted raise going with warrants attached. True story.

If I was to pick out a negative then I'd say VM could have given us 1 Ricca for every 4 IRR but I also see the case for not doing that.

It is of course important not to lose sight of ALL as you suggest given this will be listing on the USOTCM and Piedmont are in at 20 and 25p.

The other way it could have been done and the way I was maybe thinking would have been to list the gold up front and value it higher. For reasons only known to Vincent that hasn't been possible or hasn't been deemed the correct move.

Maybe starting the gold off at a low valuation gives more upside for IRR holders (and IPO buyers) when it does eventually list?

I might be wrong to be so but I'm not unduly worried.

I never said anything about Vincent being here in 5 years time. I never said anything about IRR (or ALL) producing. I just wouldn't exit completely right now.

The reason for that being that I believe there could be a decent resource upgrade or two to come over the next, say, 12-18 months.

If CCLP expanded to 30m-35mt by June 2023 with a stonking DFS then I think it would be job done sail off in to the sunset. That's on the basis nobody has made us an offer we can't refuse by that point.

Hopefully you can appreciate where I'm coming from. I don't want to hold these forever at all but I do want the last 5yrs to prove worthwhile.

Hopefully VM takes no notice of you and retains the other 50% long after you've took your profits. There's much more to be made from IRR keeping 50% of a bigger resource that continues to grow than selling the rest now with a JORC of 14.1mt, particularly with product prices set to remain strong.

But yeah, let a short term trader chasing his bag push for the quickest crudest way to monetisation.

Berry Capital are a bunch of Johnny Come Lately's to the SOLG share register and a bit of looking into their corporate and individual backgrounds might provide some colour on why they're getting quite chirpy.

Governance roadshows in group settings are not really the arenas where you start asking of favours from investors, as many have speculated. If you need to ask anything of anyone then you do it on a 1-2-1 basis. This could just be a simple case of the company wanting to show progress on it's various initiatives which often gets lost amongst the nitty gritty of exploration and asset development. Sustainability is key to institutions as is governance, and SOLG clearly want to take this opportunity to tell as much of their register as they can.

As for Fawzi commenting on that question from TheItalian, I can't say I'm surprised. It's not a question that IR has any interest in asking regardless of the position. Making a comment of any sort leaves him on rocky ground and it's off the beaten track from the company's activities. I certainly wouldn't be reading anything into it.

Firstly, I was not surprised to witness the drama of earlier in the week, nor the rage towards the company that followed. It was behaviour from one member that was simply 'par for their course'. The same applies with regards the many positional pivots that followed along with the woe is me argument taken to anyone who had anything less than positive to feedback.

You out yourself on that parapet then you must expect to be shot down.

I'll add that the reaction that followed towards the company and it's chairman from posters who really should know better despite there being absolutely no evidence that any rules had been broken was poor to say the least. That sentiment has unbelievably continued as the week has progressed and one does wonder as to the motives of those concerned.

A milestone announcement from the company, ahead of expected release, was unfortunately lost amongst the attempted attention grabbing and subsequent rage induced carry on, the result being a story of stale bulls hitting out at whoever they could reach.

As for all this chat about Nick being the elephant in the room, the problem, the reason we don't have a new CEO, is etc etc etc is all pathetic unsubstantiated tosh. None of you run the company, none of you work for the company, none of you sit on the board of directors. You have no idea what happens day to day and what is happening within the business!

Stop peddling ridiculous agendas towards certain individuals because we haven't had our takeover offer yet. It is tiresome, childish and rather transparent.

There will be an event or series of events that act as the straw that breaks the camel's back here. The market has shrugged it's shoulders at the Piedmont tie up, which is fine. It's just an agreement right now, albeit one that has seen further funds come into the business.

Vincent knows what he needs to do in order to unlock the value we perceive to be here. This might mean something like a resource upgrade followed by an updated scoping study or the full DFS... development deliverables that will help the market value the asset and therefore the stock.

As reality comes into view the stock price will readjust to reflect that. I'm pretty sure of that, even on this exchange where the company is underrated. Discount factors will fall away as the market realises that those risks you mention have been mitigated.

I just really would like to know why Andrew Monk dubs it the punter's favourite. It couldn't be much further from the truth. It's a dark horse that has it's merry band of long term die hard supporters, both institutional and retail.

It might not be dark for much longer i feel.

This is KAV saying there is 404m shares at the moment but be prepared for up to another 206m to be issued in the future without notice if everything goes well, the share price rises and holders exercise.

What we don't know is when that future will be and to what extent the 206m block listing will be taken up. Much will depend on the company's news flow in the coming months.

I suspect this accounts for about half. I'm not sure what else remains unexercised as we're delving back into the covid financing and I'd have guessed those warrants would be long done and dusted.

When they've been done in the past we get an RNS each time say x amount has been exercised and £y has been received.

Under the block listing we'd likely get an RNS at the end of each month saying in the month x amount of warrants have been exercised and the new total voting rights is y.

It looks painful when you see the 33% dilution but this is at prices of 5p+ and most of it at 8.5p, some of which is linked to the SP accelerator clause.

Interesting the block listing comes now.

Just to add to that and clarify, we are actually talking about the same thing.

This isn't for the ordinary share unit of the last placing. It's for the warrant unit.

So if all warrants and options get exercised then Nate-Pi will be correct.
