The thing is, and aside from the PFS 1 year push back for which we're all well versed on the reasons, SOLG haven't actually missed many timeframes at all.

The "misses" that people like to talk about have been when a MRE or PEA has been slated for say Q4 and then lands the first week of January. That isn't a miss.

It allows them to protect their workforces further and is generally a gamechanger for those doing the hard work on the ground.

I'm pleasantly surprised about the listimg on the USOTC. Piedmont are clearly going to introduce IRR to the right circles and I'd suggest the appetite for this listing has manifested since our tie up with the firm. I've also seen the effect being listed on one of those markets can have on a company with a viable proposition and i expect it to signal a change in the mechanics of the IRR share price. The float will be under pressure from both sides of the Atlantic and well, with some beefy news items to come (one would think), it could be just what IronRidge needs.

Max - it does for spivvy AIM companies who live from quarter to quarter on handouts from the market.

IRRs recent accounts shows the cash position and it is very healthy. That said, I'm not an insider and you can never say never in business if the right investors come along.

One thing that is indisputable is that Piedmont recently ponies up further cash at 25p. I'm sure that would be the lower limit for any further funds looking to enter the business.

I think Farq is on the money with this one. A demerger requires a new company and said new company is IPO'ing on a market from the off. That will likely include a fundraise and that company will need it's own broker.

There's plenty of dots and they're easily joined. What I'm at a loss to explain is why someone would dump 1m at sub 19p. I'll reserve judgement in case they know something i don't....

I don't have much time for ARCM as it happens, and that dates before the drawn out exclusivity agreement with Anglo which was ramped to high heaven by the company and significant investors.

I've always had a problem with how ARCM investors have claimed "multiple tier 1 assets" which is quite blatantly lies.

The new goldco has to be incorporated and if it is being listed from day 1 then it needs to go through that market's admission process as well. There's a lot of work to do.

It won't stop traders though. Far from it in fact. You can't stop traders really. They will buy and sell any share on the market. The difference with IRR is that there's a lack of market clarity concerning the main deliverables, and that is to the detriment of traders.

You'll see plenty jump on board to trade it when the demerger details get announced. The company will have to give some notice of that. Share price will then run up to the record date and drop back when it goes ex.

Vincent will know what he needs to do on the lithium side of things to smooth out any post demerger volatility.

Eish - this is no longer an AIM stock where smaller individual news items can have a profound effect on the share price.

The results received from TAM last week were pretty good and what was the result... a little run to 32p before being sold off again resulting in recalibration at 29p. Small time traders still looking to skim off the top.

The appointment of a CEO may give investors reason to speculate but it isn't likely to be a significant value creator, IMO.

The major value creators are:
PFS and BFS - both give updated asset values ans economic plans for our flagship asset.
Significant discoveries on regional projects - big additions to the overall story but again likely to be traded as we saw with Porvenir.
MREs - these add to the company's resources which can be used by investors to value the company.

One pickup if i may - the $345m NPV8 is for whole project i believe. Post tax. So if we assume that Piedmont take up their full option we're looking at £125m for our half based on the outdated SC6% price, to which we should also factor in the increase in resource from expansion drilling.

It's easy to see how an updated JORC and DFS will be huge derisk events. The discount factor will quickly fall away and we'll be left with 50% of a much larger figure. If we get that far of course.

Jollifant - if we assume that none of Assore Ltd, Vincent Mascolo or Neil Herbert are selling but everyone else has (unlikely) then that leaves us with 45m shares to churn through.

There have been plenty of 1m+ and 2m+ volume days so it's safe to assume any overhang is being worked through.

We are funded but we aren't supplying Tesla. Assuming Piedmont see the agreement through they will take 50% of the product but it is they who supply Tesla, assuming their agreeement with Musk is still in force come first production from Ewoyaa.

Concentrate onnthe facts here. Ewoyaa is thr most investable hard rock project on the planet. It has healthy exploration upside and very clean metallurgy which lends itself to a simple flowsheet. Low footprint, high ESG.

That's the way things go...it can't be 1.2%+ everywhere we look. They have only scratched the surface there with 12 holes for just shy of 2000m there as well, so they are by no means dead targets.
