Some of us want to see SOLG go alone because there's more upside to this strategy. More risk yes but significantly more upside.

If you're so desperate to swap your shares with a major then maybe you should buy premium bonds?

I have a portfolio and therefore I can absorb the risk of something going wrong with SolGold, which exists of course. It wouldn't be a nice feeling mind, but that's the stock market game.

Not sure where you have been the last 12 months bm3121uk but the plan was never to incorporate a satellite project into the PFS.

The PFS delay arose because a decision was taken to rework the plan outlined in the PEA which was then taken forwards into the first draft PFS.

Any Tandayama MRE or early ounces strategy was always going to feed into a Cascabel DFS during 2022.

I take your point about the further dilution but SOLG is an explorer developer and whilst they don't want to exit an asset the only way we're going to see funding is via equity.

Don't forget they did the non-dilutive streaming deal with Franco in 2020 so there was some appetite to use other forms of finance. But we know whst a cafuffle that caused amongst our main shareholders.

I actually think the final position could be closer to 30-40. The 12/13 priority projects and a bunch of quite prospective PLs that we are interested in taking on a partner and where that process is close to completion. We're told there has been plenty of interest.

The PFS no longer being on target would be material news and sensitive to the SP, so if Fawzi says anything other than "yes it is", he is giving out inside information.

I'm not saying it can't or won't happen, but you've got to recognise that saying "it's just around the corner now" is old old news that hasn't yet materialised and people ought to really stop railing against the company message.

It's going to be funny should an offer of some sort land. All those in favour will say "WE TOLD YOU SO" but in reality they have called it on many occasions and like a clock, they'll be right eventually.

SOLG aren't keeping up some facade with the market in the hope someone picks the phone up with a big chequebook. They are saying what they say because they want to do what they can to take this all the way, and this represents their plan to do just that.

Please can I ask how you came to this conclusion? The reserves report as at 31 Dec 2020 showed decent upgrades to 1P, 2P and 3P reserves.

Were you basing this on stated production on a quarter to quarter basis?

Bit of a blind spot for me so hoping to learn something for future use.

Everything else will be pushed into the MD&A.

Assays probably due from TA/Ag and Porvenir.

Sharug assays will probably be ready for late October or early November. Rio assays late November or early December, IMO.
