Unfortunately GBP has got stronger in the last 5 hours.

With 0.5c adjustment against exchange rate to balance conversion, that would make the $15.29 = £11.54

So a 12p drop in the morning if everything holds.

This is the best place for Shorts information that I use.

As you can see, overall Shorts have come down dramatically, although in the last few days has increased, which is a bit weird noting that the Interest Rate will be coming down and the result should in theory push this at least higher than where we are now, whether it will get back to where it was.... who knows...

The issue is that the GBP has gained again. Today lost 5p on exchange rate changes.! So we would have been up even more.!

Hopefully the Fed drops by 1/4 % and the BOE drops by 1/4 % next week, which should in theory make the dollar stronger just in time for our results.!

In Theory we should open approx. £11.43.

Which would have been a 53p gain for today, and I predicted 60p.!

the Pound after our close fell, so now we are at $1.303 / £1.

For some unknown reason we always seem to be 0.5c out when you use the actual spot exchange rate, so tonight it should be a $1.308 exchange rate vs the close....That's good news, as we've gained on that as well.... and the US is bouncing....

This is purely the algo's moving the pricing to suit a sell, then re-buy to create profit.

Unsure if people actually realise this, but Carnival is a US Share, not a UK Share, so moaning about "When the US Opens" is a bit fruitless as that is where the main trading is. The UK Listing is Ex-Voting rights, and reduced pricing for that reason.

We will be fine. Just wait for tomorrow...........

Cost of Sales is the actual cost of the goods sold, example Food, The Staff on the ships, drink etc.

Cost of Sales doesn't include the SG&A costs (selling, general, and administrative costs)
