So it continued to creep up after their close as well.

So 44c gain from our close.

The $1.433 was the exchange rate between the US price and the UK price.

It has changed, but that number sticks in my head.

Easy to work out. $17.64 was our close, and we were £12.36. That's $1.42718 / £1.................!!!

Just for Fordy... This is the Proper Close.!

Sundezena said we closed at $17.64.......As at 9.13pm UK Time, 4.13pm EST, it is NOW $18.04.....

That is a HUGE 40c increase....or at $1.433/£1 that's 28p......

Lets hope that's what we open with, and we go UP from there........

Analysts have now put us at $25, that's $7.36 more than our today's close.......or £5.14p more........

So £17.50 is what we want..............

Like most things today, it's all technology 1st, but you will still be able to book restaurants, theatre etc. the old fashion way as well, ie Guest Services, or at the Restaurant directly.

However, in fairness, the Apps on the ships nowadays are very easy, and quick so it's not like you will be sitting there having to read my long posts.!!! :-)

So we jumped back up to $17.92, which was the same as we were at 4.15pm today, which equates to £12.545.

So if it stays like this, at least we should get a 17p jump in the morning hopefully.

Can anyone pull up a google price, or near to live price for TUI in GBP anywhere.?

Apart from a level 2 I guess, I can't find anywhere that gives me a live price, apart from in Euro's.....

Well good on you. Honestly, when I'm even close to your age, I will be at home in my rocking chair saying "I remember the days you know"

She comes on 4, maybe 6 a year with me.

I do 10 to 12 ish by myself, but most of the time linking up with cruise buddies.

I used to travel loads for work, so she doesn't care, and my cruises are free (apart from the taxes/port fees).

Although when I cruise out of the US, I do fly Business, sometimes First, but always on BA.

So per "trip", it usually costs me £2,000 - £2,500 whether it be for a one week cruise, or three cruises over three weeks in the US, plus taxes/port fees....

Then, most of the time, I'm either even, or up in the casino, and get my next cruise offer/certificate etc. which I book a year out.

I'm booked Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Feb, Mar, April, May, July, Sept, Oct , Nov at the moment.

I started cruising in 2010 as well, and I'm over 100 cruises. :-)

Our Next one is at the end of August. Extremely rare cruise.....

Starts Amsterdam, goes up the side of Norway to the Artic Circle, across to Iceland, around Iceland (4 ports), onto Greenland (1 port), over to Canada, down stopping at Nova Scotia etc. etc. finishing in Cape Liberty NJ, then flying home.

17 nights cruise.........

God I hope that the SP jumps to £30 whilst I'm on there, just to pay for my casino losses :-)

and........the boss is coming on this one as well, so god help me, with the onboard spending in the shops.!
