Trojan I do see Ur point but should Mr Dyson try and build things here when local planning is rather corrupt so utterly inefficient. Know a builder very well, the planning bureaucracy is huge. Then once you have that done to build roads and lighting infrastructure for said houses you have to use preferred suppliers. These suppliers are in bed with government and charge approx double the economic cost of what they supply. Given all this it's hardly surprising ppl move manufacturing overseas when faced with this ineptitude and what is frankly corruption.
