Ryan I’m sure more will be confirmed on 19th with Q1 update. The company is more than its shareholders. The business is what matters. Bonnier debacle being overplayed. And enjoyed by some.

Candy top guy as he’s helped Boom in many many ways. Together with Tobin they financed Minimum Guarantees for top podcasters and also bridging liquidity in early days. Audioboom have proved to be cash generative, profitable ( by usual investment metrics), and outperforming the market. The fact that Bonnier can potentially hurt Boom is ridiculous. Sargent showed his colours in fronting the absurd offer by AAA for Audioboom 18 months ago.
But we have to focus on the business and if others want to try and piggy back on Bonnier right now I think they will burn their fingers badly. There are serious companies out there interested in Boom and my money is on Sirius. They own the FI. Boom has just renewed a 2 year contract. Boom started Beyond the Grid and kept it for 6 years. Wondery must have been throwing money at trying to get the contract. But boom kept it. That tells a lot.

Interesting you say Rodger Sargent is not honest. His track record is awful in many ways . But he is registered holder of 300k shares ?

I have no idea what motives Michael T has in buying regularly in 1k or 2k tranches. Maybe he’s been advised by finnCap not to buy in large amounts. He’s bought 12k shares this week. That’s GBP 50k. He can’t be trying to move the market and as you say the buys haven’t improved sentiment especially if RB is selling. But the main thing is it gives me confidence that the company is doing well and will meet forecast. Q1 due on 19th so no more buys from MT I guess.

I totally agree with you that RB has to sell up and if you have a trading screen you’re assuming MREX are his brokers deals. I would have thought he would be long gone by now. Doesn’t he have to file his dealings.

Zak - if your correlation has any sense, do you agree if Tobin sold that the price would do up?

Leg ache - I agree this consortium has merits but if there’s a Bonnier link then the market hasn’t liked it. The consortium needs to be transparent and release names or else it won’t e taken seriously. It also has to be active in buying shares in the market which obviously they didn’t do on Friday. So let’s see how next week pans out.

Absolute nightmare for anyone who’s shorted here. I’m sure there’s been so much manipulation . No way out for those who have brought ill will over the past year. The Consortium have pretty much guaranteed an steady increase in value.
