You never know when it’s MM mucking around. The closing price was not 620p yesterday. It was a mid price of 605p and no change on the day. So today opened 15p down according to MM. I was offered throughout the afternoon 600p to buy.

Buy a leading independent Global Podcasting business to enrich Twitter. @Audioboom with 35m MAUs and 150m Monthly Downloads would tick the box. You will also get change out of $500m.

Boom 5th and Cumulus 6th. Combine the two and leap up to 2nd. Must be a consideration on the table. Boom will continue to grow faster in advertising revenue but to get to the next level as a business it just has to be acquired, or merge.

Stranger things have happened! Podcasting operation must be an important part to Musk’s plan for a comprehensive media business. Boom most suits to Twitter as it’s a proven model covering all aspects of podcasting - production, delivery and advertising.

I’d like this excellent rise over the past week to be buying from serious investors. Or could it be positions being covered?

Twitter sold for USD 44b being 9x revenue of USD5b. Apparently overpaid by some comments and should be USD29b which is 5x.
Boom valued at 1x 2023 forecast Rev.
FinnCap kept their fair market value of GBP22 being 4x Rev.

Well put! All known since January 22 at FY 21 update. The 6 new podcasts and showcase being the incredible Boom library have more than compensated. But some just highlight the only slight blemish. We know what their aim is.

gg I expect Stuart May do just that in the investor presentation.

You have a point on bonier and Candy. But Tobin continued to buy regularly. Close period at the moment so no insiders can trade. To balance things up you need to look at what’s happening in the market as a whole. Spot, Apple, Netflix have all been hammered. You are like the rest of us sick of what has happened to growth stocks since the beginning of 2022. But singling out Audioboom is a very narrow view. Apart from the fact it’s affecting our wealth!
