No company in this industry is valued on a p/e basis. No company, why.? Because they’re mostly loss making. Audioboom actually makes a profit. Actually there’s absolutely no reason to enter into a debate with this poster. As Bearhunt3r has identified he’s not a bona fide investor.

The US markets bounced up late yesterday after a couple of days of lower trading.

Audiboom should pick up next week. It’s trading pattern this week seems to have been orchestrated, for who’s benefit I don’t know!

So the Audioboom broker value of £13 per share is looking rather conservative given that it’s based on 3.5 x revenue and Audiochuck has a just been valued at 6x revenue.

Audiochuck is a production business - they produce one huge show (Crime Junkie) and a handful of mid-sized shows.

They signed a 3 year, $200m dollar ad sales deal with SiriusXM. So approximately $33.3m per year. I’m sure there’s more revenue from touring, spin-offs etc, so maybe $40m per year revenue. That would be a 6X revenue valuation at $250m

Their margin will be much higher than Audioboom as they are producing shows. However their business is far less scalable compared to Audioboom of course.

Audiochuck valued “at about $250m”.

Some big shows but not the overall business interest of Audioboom.

Agree Lokiloo that being up on the week was important and showed some resilience. The US market yesterday was a sea of red. Spotify down 5% on the day and 10% on the week. We can’t think that Audiboom lives in a bubble. Audiboom is leader in its industry and as sure as eggs are eggs they’ll be another major move up as the Q1 is approached M&A activity is on the front foot.

It’s all orchestrated. There is a complete nutter posting on Adfvn every minute. I’m all for free speech but this is quite ridiculous!
