Great post Father Ted. You put alder in a nut shell. He doesn’t do any research and shoots from the hip. He judges AB as if it’s a FTSE 100 company. Uses inappropriate metrics. Repeats the same mantra of misleading comments.

Stuart Last etc negotiated a first class deal with Adelicious. Excluding SMA from the main valuation was important due to its major revenue contribution to Adelicious and the break clause in the contract. But why would SMA want to move when they have Audioboom now.

Revenue will now reach $100m in 2026 due to Adelicious acquisition which means a US listing is a real possibility and an important option. Get out of this reality game show of AIM and perhaps an international corporation may acquire Audiboom if it was listed in US.

I would hate to run an AIM listed company with traders able to destroy shareholder value. This is now my only AIM investment and never again.

I’ll enjoy the resurgence of Audiboom.

I would also say let this M&A activity be a lesson to any readers here that the posters who have been spreading false and dubious information have been shown up for what they are. We know the issues they’ve focused on and their comments have been found to be misleading to out it mildly.

We should learn more about the future of Audioboom tomorrow.

Well done to management for extracting a first class acquisition. All corners covered in the detail of the transaction.

Anyone who’s been criticising this company should now well and truly be licking their wounds.

With 40% of the acquisition cost being paid in shares of Audioboom at £4.44 this is astonishing.

The manipulation of the price over the past week has been atrocious and I hope someone will be looking into this.

The acquisition of Adeliciuos has set the cat amongst the pigeons!

Firstly it’s excellent news for the growth of Audioboom being immediately accretive to the business.

Secondly Audiboom has sufficient funds to pay 40% in cash towards the acquisition. Note to all those who’ve questioned the cash balance and generation of the company.

Thirdly Audioboom has become a much more attractive target itself moving up to 2nd in Uk as well as being established at 4th in USA.

The share price of Audioboom was probably manipulated over the past week as this transaction may have been known to those who wanted to disrupt the deal.

Very clever to come in as beerhunt3r. I think I prefer the astute analysis of bearhunt3r.

Totally correct and that’s the true picture as I posted yesterday.

Management reported H1 trading update super quickly. The results were excellent and wanted the market to know. Management are confident going forward. Could have waited until 26th July. I’ve never known a company to be so transparent. Gross profit were a record high. Revenue was up year on year and FY 25 confirmed. So what if cash of $2m was received a couple of days after 30th June. Balance of over £4m in the bank. It’s utter rubbish some of the comments. And EBITDA adjusted or not is the recognised standard. Load of amateurs making naive statements. The shares are being traded for short term gains and that’s fine. The long term holders will see a much better return.

M&A action will happen.

This has definitely caught a few on the hop. Unexpected release of headline results. Excellent trading figures for Q2 H1 and 2025 forecast. Cavendish will be issuing a new Note I assume.
