I've read somewhere we'll be getting circa 60% but needs confirmation. We know we'll have 80% of NWR which will be much bigger then .London anyway!! Then all the other top Geo Domains....

Excellent news & a great focus for increased Media coverage & Awareness as discussed here previously. Also bear in mind the Metro population figure is a massive 13.6 MILLION! The recurring income stream with minimal overheads off this & other major Geographic domains should be impressive to say the least and also attract a much higher premium Takeover offer (which I expect some time in H2 2014). Lots more mainstream coverage for TLDH / Minds + Machines Ltd!

At least it coroborates that TLDH will be participating in multiple auction rounds, most within H1 2014 (indicated in previous statements). A very busy few months ahead & why a major re-rating of the SP is due!

MFM Techinvest Special Situations Fund - February 2014 update: Recent activity includes adding to the position in Top Level Domain Holdings. The Company is focused on the new generic Top Level Domain (gTLD) sector. Domains, such as .com and .net are regulated by ICANN which is controlling the expansion of the domain universe from 22 names to more than 1,000. Top Level Domain already has 15 wholly/majority owned gTLDs, including .fishing, .cooking and .country. It will be bidding, via a round of private auctions, for 43 further gTLDs (including .app, .cricket and .fashion) that are contested by other applicants. The Company has a cash balance of £30m to use during the bidding process. The nature of the auctions means that winning bids are distributed equally among the losing bidders.

Well done with your entry jolly. However, be aware of the current bank borrowings & repyment schedule as well as outstanding A note conversions due within H1 2014. The points made about the macro china recovery are valid and also refered to by the Company, albeit the timeframes for such will be extended beyond the scope of many shorter term traders. This presents a compelling recovery prospect over realistic, extended timeframes in line with said recovery pushing up the client base & spend along with greater outstanding payments settled. TLDH used that to their advantage with regards to timing of relevant auctions until they were in a stronger position to participate in such ie with the increased 'War Chest' if you like - I know that to have been their strategy, hence they've played it positively so far. The question if private v icaan auctions is as discussed previously with the consensus of opinion towards an increasing number of Domains being settled through the private auction route. TLDH are well on top of their game plan or in boxing terms 'will hit hard for their weight', hence our positioning so far.

Should be & the start of Takeover activity this year from major Internet companies - watch this space ;)

Although I personally think TLDH will be participating in the next Auction round on the 18th, there's no widespread, public expe tation for them to do so as was the case previously. The timing of the placing with resulting stronger position for auction participation would slot in conveniently for the 18th feb event and / or subsequent events. We're very well placed now, on a stronger footing to participate in said auctions and with .London kicking into gear next month. If we are involved for the 18th feb, the share price should see a good boost from a Win/ Win situation, providing the higher base & impetus going forward to .London & subsequent Applicant Auctions in H1 2014. If we're not involved, there should still be positive coverage on the parties & cash disbursements related to the auction, with .London etc still adding a forward focus to the SP. The Company is now fully focused on commercialising its gTLD assets through its registry, registrar and registry service provider operations. As a result, the Board intends to implement fully a number of changes to the way in which TLDH is managed which will have the effect of changing the status of the Company from an investing company under the AIM Rules to an operating company with a material trading activity. As part of this transition, the Directors intend to change the name of the Company to Minds + Machines Limited, the same name as the Company's 100 per cent. owned subsidiaries, operating in Ireland and the United Kingdom. News next week anyway on the Applicant Auctions, albeit we don't have confirmation of TLDHs participation in such. If they are involved, we should see a good RNS on Domains secured and / or Cash banked. If they aren't involved, there'll be coverage anyway on the other participants and Cash disbursements for the losers. A good position strategically going into next week.

It's pretty stable around this level and as dweill pointed out a few days ago, it'll be specific News & coverage that'll push it past 20p into a new trading range in the coming weeks - that ties in well with the developments that have been discussed here so just a question of stocking up & waiting. Many have this on the radar & good recent coverage in the FT, Telegraph and other main papers so I'd certainly expect a lot more with the impact of key events.

It'll take care of itself - especially with forward Newsflow. Price movements in the meantime only help consolidate the SP!

I liked the reference to Fred Kreuger taking on the 'big boys' in Amazon & Google. Although they're much bigger operators and as refered to in a recent rns, TLDH have the strongest Geographic portfolio, which should return a very healthy, recurring Revenue stream, be attractive to Takeover parties & in the shorter term garner immense PR for the Company. .London, .NWR, .MIAMI, .KIWI etc

It'll be front page News with extensive coverage in various Media over a prolonged timeframe - 'ballistic' is the right word imho.

Yes, as I stated in my 16:28 post, although we have no confirmation (official or otherwise) of TLDH's participation in the 18th feb applicant auction, it'll be inteteresting to see the results & resulting cash dispersements. The previous auctions were amidst a sharp price appreciation with currents ones in an environment where the SP has seen a strong consolidation with the obvious .London developments due soon.

Joco, I assume auctions are going ahead on the 18th feb in accordance with the original statement of such on the Inovative website. There's no confirmation of TLDHs participation, even accepting the intention to complete most of their own applicant auctions within the first half of this year. However, what should give a boost to positive sentiment, irrespective of the aforementioned, is coverage of the domains secured by relevant parties and sizes of cash disbursements to the 'losers'. Interesting & exciting times ahead.
