That's ONLY on current domains .Horse, .Casa etc, without including any of the multiple prospects we're going for or Cash amounts gained as part of the process - very undervalued atm with significant near term Newsflow on its way.

The weekend Times (and German) coverage will be the least of it soon as I expect some of the Company's representatives to have direct Television coverage in the coming weeks as with wider TLDH as well as other mainstream Media & wider refeence to TLDH (Minds & Machines Ltd). The actual Share Price would have been much higher at this juncture, if it wasn't for the Placing being put together over the past few months. That added an obvious suppression, albeit very necessary to facillitate the even bigger potential gains anticipated. For those of us looking to the best possible exit price on Takeover, it's most welcome as I indicated in a post about a month ago. What we should see is that concerted move back up as we push forward off an even stronger Platform & with no further suppression of the SP moving up past 20p short term - and underpinned by both TA & fundamental News expectations. Very exciting times with Newsflow, Coverage & wider launch of the new gTLD program. GLA - 2104 will be the year of TLDH / Minds & MAchines Ltd!

That was 10p once & I had a position there but out now- TLDH should give us an even greater upside IMHO, especially with rate of Newsflow due. Atb

They probably meant the 18th Feb joco as that's the date of the next private auction that I'm aware of.

Hard push Monday morning and a strong progression of the price as we move towards those upcoming Applicant Auctions. Let's also see what any RHPS update might say. Good coverage in the FT today & further mainstream coverage expected to begin within the next month or so with Capital's Geo.

Also puts Tuscows as another runner in the Takeover stakes, along with Yahoo, Verisign, Baidu etc. In addition, it gives further import to the point David Weill mentioned re: a nearer term approach for the Company sometime this year. He's one of the founders of TLDH so would certainly take note of what he says!

RHPS should give us some good coverage over the weekend as well as specialist media references. Should be a strong push & continuation next week as we move towards the Applicant Auctions, thereby indicating further the sums of money paid & distributed through the process. Progression of the Share Price now underpinned by News and also a strong finish above the 13.87p 20 day moving avg to take us into the 20p plus range!

Valid point joco & thank you for mentioning it. Just looking over the list of contested domains and some other very good prospects there, which adds further weight to the case for 'strengthening the War Chest'. .BOOK, .YOGA, .CLOUD, .GAY, .VIDEO, .BEAUTY, .LOVE etc There's only the one opportunity for such Domains and we're in a much better position to secure them now whilst already having the mainstay GEOS like .NWR, .LONDON etc under our belt. We couldn't really be better positioned at this stage tbh.

Near term News flow should certainly help the Price appreciation SKK with not only the next Auctions on the 18th Feb but most of the others completed within H1. Very well positioned operationally & for a price progression.

Valuation by Treble1999 Fred says the market will be $1.5bn at 20%.He actually says that is low. M+M gets say 10%= $150m turnover. Overheads $30m tops NPBT $120m. PE- between 15 and 30. Low price $1.8bn or $2 dollars per share or £1.20 top price $3.6bn or £2.40 per share I actually expect the multple utilised to be higher and as Fred emphasised, he'll go on the record as stating the initial estimate is LOW! Important, near term News flow first for the price progression until the Takeover approaches start coming in - David Weill suggests we'll have the first of those later this year. Lots going on in the meantime.

One of his roles will be to directly engage with Institutions / Funds to further appraise them of the Company and rapidly changing Domain space. That's with a view to encourage increased investment through the Open market, which would obviously &appreciably impact the Share Price of the stock going forward and limit the effects of Retail investor control / volatility. TLDH are very much keeping an eye on the exit strategy towards Takeover, whilst focusing efforts on the current operational initiative.

because Antony van Couvering is the CEO of TLDH and interview a number of industry informed participants, including rival companies such as Donuts, as part of that video set. Its more expedient to introduce Fred Kreuger as the CEO of one of his own companies rather then an 'in house chat'. That's not the case anyway due to aforementioned point re: interviewing competitors but better to reinforce that - the TLDH Management are very clued up which is why they've managed to position the Company as one of the top players in that space!
